Laura Bailey first wore this RM by Roland Mouret Osu dress in December to the “British Fashion Awards” in London.

The dress is taken from the designer’s “Rainbow Collection”.

First things first – that hair! What were you thinking???!

Hairstyles such as these are only really acceptable under the age of five and still then it’s questionable.

Laura has committed a major fashion crime by choosing to wear her hair like this, especially with such an amazing dress.

I’m not crazy on the dark black tights against the yellow but London + December = Brrrrrrrr.

Devon Aoki wore this dress just a day later to the “RM By Roland Mouret Rainbow Collection Launch” in LA.

I love the studded clutch that Devon has worn with this dress.

This dress clings to Devon in all the right places and I love that she’s chosen not to wear any accessories – this dress is a statement in itself.

I also feel some major hair envy coming on. I love the way it cascades over her shoulders.

This is a no-brainer. For the disastrous hair alone Laura loses out to Devon.

Last week the RM by Roland Mouret Rainbow Collection was launched on Net-A-Porter.com.

In order to celebrate this colourful collection Roland invited some of Hollywood most beautiful women to wear the looks at his launch party in LA last night.

Heidi Klum picked a stunning lavender RM By Roland Mouret violet silk mini dress which showed off her post-baby figure perfectly.

It’s such a shame about the white Trib Two’s.

Devon Aoki was equally colourful wearing a bright yellow RM By Roland Mouret silk mini dress, which she later paired with a leather jacket and studded clutch.

I love how this gives her a teeny tiny waist.

Olivia Wilde was more muted wearing a RM By Roland Mouret blue stretch silk dress.

Her look was also paired with a leather jacket and a Christian Louboutin Viola nappa clutch, which has a cute sculpted leather floral detail.

Over her black draped maxi dress, Rachel Zoe opted for a RM By Roland Mouret Zephyr silk brocade jacket which just shot to #1 on my wish list.

Demi Moore didn’t get the rainbow memo so she opted for one of Roland’s classic LBDs.

You can barely make out the folds on her beautiful one-shoulder dress.

I’m more in love with Amber Valletta’s RM by Roland Mouret Autan textured wool coat and Chanel clutch, than her Spring 2010 black and grey RM dress.

I wish she had worn one of the more colourful pieces.

As much as we were impressed by Elizabeth Banks at Cannes Film Festival this week, we both opted for different stars.

I was surprised that Eva took an early lead in this poll, as so many of the comments were negative, but her dramatic Atelier Versace Spring 2009 gown with sweeps of large ruffles, won most of you over.

I was blow away by Devon, who looked stunning a in a gorgeous lime green Roberto Cavalli strapless gown, with a Chopard necklace.

I loved the simplicity of this dress, her flawless make-up, the stand out colour, her hair, and that stunning necklace.

Elizabeth Banks has really upped the ante for her first Cannes Film Festival.

No disrespect to her, but I didn’t know she had this in her. She’s seriously blowing me away.

The red Armani Prive gown, was stunning, but then you shouldn’t go wrong with Couture.

This Andrew GN Fall 2009 navy sequined gown is outstanding. Again she is channeling old Hollywood, and the hair is the similar to last night, but I can’t find a single fault.

Love the bare neck, the simple black rose cuffs on her wrists, and the Daniel Swarovski clutch.

If felt slightly underwhelmed by Aishwarya Rai’s white Cavalli gown yesterday, but I guess she was only warming up because she brought her A game tonight, looking dazzlingly radiant wearing a one-shouldered baby blue Elie Saab Spring 2009 Couture gown.

Thank god for Cannes. Only day two I loving it more than the Oscars and Costume Institute Gala red carpet looks combined.

Tan Zhuo arrived wearing a white Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 strapless gown.

I’m so glad that Tan decided to wear this gown, because mostly the shorter dresses made the red carpet from this collection.

But my problem with Tan’s gown, is that it’s lost all it pizazz, as the ruffled skirt is so flat and lifeless to how it was presented on the runway.

French actress Julie Gayet is very elegant in her black satin YSL Resort 2009 gown. A black velvet bow, and Boucheron earrings complete the sophisticated look.

Actress Maria Jurado wore a simple black Fendi strapless dress, with a black belt from the Spring 2009 collection.

She teamed her dress with taupe Fendi bow-front peep-toes, which makes her look overall more interesting.

Devon Aoki is giving Elizabeth Banks some serious competition for Best Dressed of the Week.

Tonight the model/actress wore a custom violet silk chiffon one-shoulder Alberta Ferretti gown, with a Swarovski clutch.

For the second night in a row she’s flawless, and it’s so effortless for her.

Seriously WHO INVITED THIS WOMAN?

I have been so excited by the great start to Cannes Film Festival, then Phoebe Price makes an appearance on the red carpet.

What is this some kind of joke?

Elsa Pataky arrived at this event during Cannes Film Festival dripping with some gorgeous Chopard jewels, and one of my favourite Elie Saab gowns, from his Fall 2009 collection.

I saw this gown at a press day for Elie Saab recently, and you wouldn’t believe how heavy it is, with all the intricate beading.

Elsa’s gown didn’t have the black underlay, like the runway version, but the gown is still retains it’s elegance.

Devon Aoki wore a luscious lime green, Roberto Cavalli strapless gown.

As much as I love a bare neck with a strapless gown, and an updo, her Chopard necklace is exquisite, and enhances the beauty of her look.

Alessia Piovan wore a gorgeous chiffon Alberta Ferretti teal gown, which was equally spectacular to the gown she had worn earlier on that night, by the same designer.

Rihanna had this fabulous dinner thrown in her honour by Gucci.

Lucky girl.

The R&B singer wore a black studded Gucci Fall 2008 leather jacket, with a black blouse, and a pouffy skirt with gold trim.

Her gold and black patent booties from the Spring 2008 collection, perfectly compliment her ensemble.

This is a great look for Rihanna, very much in keeping with her “good girl gone bad” image.

The stunning Camilla Belle looked fantastic in her Gucci Fall 2008 black printed dress.

The actress complimented her gypsy-esqe dress with a pair of brown leather strappy gold buckle detailed sandals, a gold patent clutch, gold earrings and large gold bracelet.

All of course by Gucci.

Sophia Bush wore a black strapless satin dress with bow detail.

I particularly love her gold heels, which have a stone detailing. I would kill for those heels.

Her black patent Gucci Spring 2008 clutch with gold studs is also to be admired.

Minka Kelly looks extremely elegant in her Gucci Spring 2008 black one-shouldered cocktail dress with jeweled detailing on the hip.

She compliments her dress with black studded heels.

Dania Ramirez makes us jealous by showing of her no-doubt limited edition Gucci bag wearing a black and white petal print halter top with a yellow trim from the Gucci Resort collection. You may recognise this top from Miley Cyrus’ album cover.

Dania wore her top with a black pencil skirt, and black patent booties with white piping from the Spring 2008 collection.

Becki Newton seems to be very much enjoying herself at this dinner party.

The Ugly Betty actress wore a black one shouldered dress with grey and white detailing on the bust.

Like Sophia, Becki opted for the sexy studded gladiator sandals, but in black.

Rashida Jones’ ruby red shoes were worn with a beige strapless silk dress.

The actress completed the look with a gold patent clutch.

Model/Actress Devon Aoki wore a white, black and yellow checked top with black pants and a black wrap. Her pants are so long I could not tell you what the shoes are, but I will take a guess and say that they are Gucci.

We have seen the queen, now here is the rest of the ladies who took to the red carpet for the Blindness Premiere.

Not quite sure which movie Eva Longoria is promoting here at Cannes, but she looks stunning in this azure blue Versace Spring 2008 Couture gown.

The corseted bodice gives it structure and creates a beautiful silhouette with contrast ruched panels that has a body-con feel.

This is one of my favourite dresses, which I had predicted that someone like Gwyneth Paltrow would wear, but with her recently style transformation, I retract that statement.

I was loving Julianne Moore’s Christian Lacroix Spring 2008 Couture gown, until I saw the dress front-on with the black and yellow feathered detail.

I think the dress on Julianne would have been much better without this detail, as it dominates the picture above.

This strapless lilac Lanvin Spring 2008 ruffle edge cocktail dress is very youthful, so suits Natalie Portman very well.

Natalie likes to wear her hair back for big occasions.

Dubbed The Most Beautiful Girl In The World, actress Aishwarya Rai, as usual, never disappoints.

On this occasion she wears a stunning black satin Roberto Cavalli gown with sequin details.

Faye Dunaway defined old Hollywood glamour, wearing a stunning Christian Dior Spring 2008 ensemble, which consisted of a pink embroidered evening jacket, a pink satin skirt and pink pearls.

Unfortunately for Gillian Anderson this knotted white strapless Alberta Ferretti dress looks like it needs to be pressed.

Devon Aoki’s corseted sequined ombre Alberta Ferretti gown is outstanding. I would have preferred it if she had pulled her hair back in a tight bun though.

French actress Elsa Zylberstein’’s canary yellow Christian Dior 2008 Resort gown, has also worn by Jenna Jameson and Emmy Rossum recently. She wears it equally well.

Mischa Barton does actually surprisingly have a legitimate reason for being in Cannes, as she will be promoting a thriller she starred in called You and I.

For this event she wore a silk indigo Alberta Ferretti Fall 2008 gown, with a fine net overlay.

Bar Refaeli’s reasoning for being at Cannes Film Festival is also questionable, but when she looks this great in Alberta Ferretti walking the red carpet, who cares?
