Jessica Chastain in her fairytale Saint Laurent gown was your best dressed this week.
I was somewhat surprised by the large margin of the lead considering the comments were that this gown was too prom-like and some objected to the embellished strap.
I, on the other hand, was picked up and swept away by Padma Lakshmi in her jaw-dropping Cushnie et Ochs gown.
The colour, her poise, the fit: it was a win, win, win all round and a contender for BDOTY for me.
As many of you said, your vote for Eddie Redmayne wasn’t just for this Tom Ford suit, but for all his looks, as each one was just as good as the last. He continues to steamroller the competition by such a large margin.

If BDOTW was a race this week, Lily Collins lapped the other contestants several times taking 55% of the votes.
It appears that you were just as blown away as I was by her stunning Eli Saab Couture ombre gown, which I’m certain will now appear on many BDOTY lists.
For the fellas, Eddie Redmayne had only a 1% lead over fellow Gucci-clad actor Ryan Reynolds.
I picked Eddie as I preferred the white shirt and pocket square breaking up the look, plus the luxe velvet fabric and impeccable tailoring. I’m sure this may have been a factor in your decision-making process too.
Naomi Watts and James Marsden were the winners for best dressed this week.
Naomi for looking beautiful and graceful in her Gucci Premiere gown, and James for looking super sharp and devilishly handsome in Kent and Curwen.
This was James’ second win in a row, whereas it’s been a long while since Naomi took home this prize. Her win was well deserved as this was one of her standout looks of the year.
