Sarah Michelle Gellar wins
Best Dressed this week, because she injected some much needed colour onto a very dark red carpet this week. She wore a turquoise Egyptian style
Temperley Resort 2008 gown.
I hope everyone lightens up before the major red carpet events.

Regular readers would have guess from Monday that there was only going to be one winner when it came to the
Best Dressed this week.
Katie Holmes had a great week.
Every time she had a different style, from Grecian goddess, to sexy strapless to ladies who lunch.
Even her hair was different each time, as she grows to love her crop.
It is a huge shame that the Golden Globes are not on tonight. Hopefully the dress she had set aside for it we will get to see another day.

Diane Kruger was by far the
Best Dressed celebrity on the red carpet this week.
She wore this vibrant orange J. Mendel Spring 2008 dress, that grabbed attention when she grace the red carpet at the New York premiere of “National Treasure: Book of Secrets”.

Beyonce went for grown up glamour and looked fabulous wearing this
Chanel Fall 2007 dress.
For once she is not wearing something too small or too revealing.
I hope this is a turning point for Beyonce style-wise, because those tight jeans and figure hugging dresses are tired. Even Jennifer Lopez (pre-pregnancy) has ditched that ghetto fabulous, too tight look, for a more free flowing ensembles like Marchesa.

It was a hard choice this week as
Thandie Newton has another great week in
Giles and
Calvin Klein.
Katie Holmes stunned everyone with a new do and stepping out of her
Giorgio Armani comfort-zone by wearing
Monique Lhuillier.
But I chose Kerry Washington in Jason Wu. The dress is electric and the Stella McCartney satin pumps were the perfect compliment.

Yunjin Kim wore this
Armani Prive Fall 2007 dress to the
Blue Dragon Film Awards in Seoul this week.
For her stunning beauty in this gown Yunjin is the Best Dressed this week.

Split decision this week.
I choose Dita Von Teese because of the sheer beauty of this Marchesa Spring 2008 dress, which she wore to the 7th on Sale Black-tie Gala Dinner.
And Geri Halliwell for managing to upstage Victoria Beckham and stand out in the Spice Girls line up, much like she did back in June when they announced the Spice Girl Reunion, only this time for the better in Roberto Cavalli Spring 2004 for the Victoria Secrets Fashion Show.
She also gets credit here for beating both Britney Spears and Scarlett Johansson in the Who Wore It Better? contest.
