You all voted for Sarah Jessica Parker as your
Best Dressed this week.
I agree that the Balmain dress deserved to win this week, but Sarah Jessica Parker’s hair ruined this look for me.
There wasn’t any dresses that particularly wowed me this week, but Gabrielle Union’s Reem Acra gown was exquisite, and she radiated pure elegance in the asymmetric gown.
I love that the dress is navy and not black, as there is too much black on the red carpet at the moment for my liking.

An overwhelming 46% of you voted for Charlize Theron for your
Best Dressed this week, as she took nearly half of the overall votes.
I voted for Amber Valletta in her stunning sparkling Stella McCartney jumpsuit.
Like a lot of you said, Charlize could not really go wrong in a custom-made Dior gown, whereas Amber’s ensemble was a risk, that maybe should not have worked, but it did. She even managed to wear it better than the runway model.

We did not agree on who was
Best Dressed this week, although I was very tempted to go with Taylor Swift in her
Kaufman Franco gown, and she was my second choice.
For me it was Jessica Szohr’s transformation that was more impressive, and unexpected.
This is a girl who routinely wears jeans, and check shirts on the red carpet. She also usually has her hair wild and messy, so to see her in this J. Mendel gown, with her hair slicked back, and her make-up flawless, I was most impressed.
I hope she wows us like this again, but I don’t think we will see it too often.

No one is going to catch Olga Kurylenko, so I am ending this poll early.
There was no doubt, no demands for a recount, Olga took the lead the moment I posted the poll and she never looked back.
The Bond Girl was a knock out in this mermaid Dolce & Gabbana strapless gown, which she wore to the Quantum of Solace Rome premiere.
As some of you suggested Beyonce is commended for being the most improved this week.

Yes Olga Kurylenko had a fantastic week promoting
Quantum of Solace, but neither of us picked her for
Best Dressed.
I believe this is because it was expected that Olga would look stunning all week considering she wore beautiful couture gowns, and it would have been too predictable to pick her.
What was not expected was how stunning Rachel Weisz would look in a hard to pull off RM by Roland Mouret black dress. But she did pull if off, with a huge amount of style and grace.
I did automatically want to pick Olga, but I kept being mesmerized by Tess Daly in her Temperley London dress.
The dress fits her like a glove. The detail on the tight fitting bodice is exquisite, and her blonde hair had plenty of volume.
Tess is a beautiful woman, but she totally blew me away in this dress. Those who live in the UK will agree that this is the best she has ever looked.
