Now we have the full campaign which were shot in LA, but looking at the pictures you would think they were shot in Cuba as they have a festive and flamboyant Havana nights theme.
The campaign breaks in fashion and lifestyle books in February.
Victoria Beckham and Kirsten Dunst were both front row at Karl Largerfeld’s Chanel Spring 2008 fashion show in Paris last month. Unfortunately for them Claudia Schiffer was chosen as the face of Chanel’s Spring 2008 advertising campaign.
Neither should be sad because Victoria Beckham has been confirmed at the new face of Marc Jacobs Spring 2008 campaign. Past Jacobs’ faces have been Dakota Fanning and Meg White.
Kirsten is the new face of Miu Miu’s Spring 2008 campaign. Past Miu Miu faces have included Selma Blair, Kim Basinger, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Lindsay Lohan (who’s campaign I hated).
Victoria has already worn Marc Jacobs spring designs on the red carpet recently to the Victoria Secrets Fashion Show.
Looking at both collections I feel Miu Miu chosen a perfect brand ambassador, whereas as much as I love Victoria I feel she may have been picked for Marc Jacobs campaign more for publicity rather than suitability for the brand.
Back in July, Gucci announced that Drew Barrymore would become the first ever face of their brand.
She was photographed for the fine jewelry line in a Paris studio, and the advertisements portray her laying sensually on a golden beach dripping with spectacular jewelry.
I hardly recognised the usually goofy Drew Barrymore in these pictures, but I love them. She looks warm, sexy and sensual.
This is the latest commercial for UK fashion retailer Marks & Spencer to promote its autumn women’s wear collection.
The ad features it usual stars Twiggy, Laura Bailey, Noemie Renoir (from Rush Hour 3 with hair) and model Erin O’Connor boarding the Orient Express.
The campaign shows the models wearing items from the new collection, including lingerie and accessories, in a number of luxurious settings, including the train’s corridors and dining car.
The Orient Express was chosen to appear in the ad to reflect the retailer’s new range, in which the emphasis is on sensual, sumptuous fabrics from satin and velvet to rich wools and silks.
The TV spot closes on a shot of the women in a boat on one of Venice’s canals, with a song by The Charioteers, “Look-a-There, Ain’t She Pretty?”
I would have to say yes, they are all indeed very pretty.
