Gianfranco Ferré Spring 2011

For Gianfranco Ferré’s Spring 2011 collection, Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi presented a very sexy sensual collection.

Bod-con dresses were presented alongside sleek evening gowns, cocktail dresses, pant suits, skirt suits and flirty mini dress.

With this wearable collection you can go from a Grecian goddess dressed in a white and black chiffon gown to a sexy temptress in a black leather dress.

The colour palette was mostly made up of white and black looks with pops of fuchsia pink, gold and some colour block looks.

Key accessories included wide corset-style belts worn over shirts, pants and dresses.

Bejeweled bags and strappy sandals.

Favourites: Black plunging jumpsuit and pink coat/dress

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Charlize Theron and Blake Lively

2010 Venice Film Festival Opening Ceremony & “Black Swan” Premiere – Afef Jnifen In Gianfranco Ferré

Model and TV presenter Afef Jnifen arrived on the red carpet at the 2010 Venice Film Festival which celebrates the “Black Swan” Premiere this evening.

We more used to seeing Afef wearing low cut Roberto Cavalli dresses, but on this occasion she opted for a Gianfranco Ferré Fall 2010 dress with a high neckline.

I’ve been waiting for this collection to be worn on the red carpet for so long.

I LOVE the silhouette, but it appears you have to be flat chested for this look because I don’t like the way the gold sequin panel looks on Afef.

The star completed this look with her trademark tight curls and a gold clutch.

“The Karate Kid” Germany, Madrid & Paris Premiere – Jada Pinkett Smith In Gianfranco Ferré & Giambattista Valli

I would like to be adopted by the Smith’s, because they seem to be having an amazing time traveling all over Europe promoting Jaden Smith’s new movie “The Karate Kid”.

After the London premiere the family headed to Germany where Jada Pinkett-Smith looked stunning wearing a gold Gianfranco Ferré mini dress.

Her sexy mini was paired with Christian Louboutin J-Lissimo gold studded heels and a gold Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch.

Jada opted for a super causal look for the Madrid Premiere.

I love the colour of her fuchsia pink t-shirt dress, but is seems so blah for a European premiere.

The actress paired her dress with Jack Vartanian’s Attitude hoop earrings and Jimmy Choo Lance sandals.

Jada was sophisticatedly chic at the Paris Premiere, as one should always be in Paris.

Her Giambattista Valli Pre-Fall 2010 off-the-shoulder dress was paired with the much lusted after Christian Louboutin Clou Noeud studded slingbacks.

It seem like Mrs Smith loves to show of those super toned legs.

I loved the gold Ferré mini. Which was your favourite?

2010 Apollo Theater Spring Benefit – Jennifer Lopez In Gianfranco Ferré

Jennifer Lopez glowed on the red carpet at the 2010 Apollo Theater Spring Benefit in New York City last night.

Sporting big voluminous hair the diva looked stunning wearing a gold sequined Gianfranco Ferré plunging dress.

I like the dress but I don’t like that split at the hem as seems so unnecessary.

The dress is a tad tight around the hips, but when you’re a cutie with a bootie it happens.

Her look was paired with a black beaded Etro clutch and black Sergio Rossi heels.

2010 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards – Anna Kendrick In Gianfranco Ferré

Worst Shoes Award
I really hated the ankle boots Anna Kendrick wore on the red carpet at the 2010 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in London last night.

Her Jimmy Choo ‘George’ booties just didn’t work with her stunning Gianfranco Ferré gold dress.

It’s not just the fact that they are ankle boots, I also hate the pointy shape.

They almost totally ruin this look for me.

9th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball – Eva Mendes In Gianfranco Ferré

Before the MTV Movie Awards, Eva Mendes attended the 9th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in LA.

The beautiful actress looked stunning wearing a Gianfranco Ferré Grecian halter dress.

I much prefer this look, as I wasn’t crazy about her MTV Movie Awards Stella McCartney dress look.

This is more classic, classy and I love the white against her olive skin.

Her halter which ties around her neck, has a gold embroidered detail which perfectly matches her gold Roger Vivier Prisme clutch and gold armlet.
