Saoirse Ronan In Calvin Klein by Appointment – 2018 Oscars

‘Lady Bird’ star Saiorse Ronan debuted a new ’do at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California.

Pretty in pink, she wore a darling Calvin Klein by Appointment strapless gown styled with matching Christian Louboutin pumps along with a Jimmy Choo clutch and Cartier jewels.

This would simply be a sheath dress were it not for the oversized bow and long train at the back to make it Oscar-worthy.

As for that sleek bob, it was a very suiting way to added a modern edge to the girly charm of the look.

I did wonder at times if the strapless bodice wasn’t about to slip right down.

Emily Blunt In Schiaparelli Couture – 2018 Oscars

Emily Blunt attended the 2018 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 4).

The actress wore a dreamy Schiaparelli Spring 2018 Couture gown with Chopard jewels.

When it comes to red carpet moments, this is definitely one! This gown is such an incredible combination of ethereal–with the fabric–and structure–with the sleeves and bodice appliqué!

I am completely blown away by this look, and Emily really is the perfect person to bring it all to life. Her coral-toned makeup and flawless skin are just the icing on this moment’s cake.

Haley Bennett In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Oscars

Haley Bennett attended the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California.

The grassy look of this Christian Dior Spring 2018 Couture creation is what immediately springs forth upon first impression.

The fanciful quality is undeniable here, and it was so intriguing when fused with the avant-garde, cage-like element of the illusion turtleneck and seaming.

The more theatrical components of the runway presentation were left on the catwalk, as the textural dress was dramatic enough.

Fred Leighton jewels, a wavy bob, and watermelon-pink lip contributed a fresh, girly finish.

Danai Gurira In Gabriela Hearst – 2018 Oscars

Danai Gurira wowed at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) at the Hollywood & Highland Center, joining Meryl Streep, Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie.

Oyster pink normally projects a girlish innocence, but when I saw the ‘Black Panther’ actress in her Gabriela Hearst Fall 2018 gown, all I could think was ‘fierce.’

I am enamoured with the juxtaposition of the pastel shade with the curving strapless neckline and bustle.

Her shaved, painted head and jewels add further edge to the look, but, I must say that the pooling hem literally drags the entire thing down.

Emma Stone In Louis Vuitton – 2018 Oscars

Emma Stone was also at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

Opting to go against the gown grain, her custom Louis Vuitton pantsuit made an impact simply by virtue of it not being a dress.

That said, I really liked this look especially from the waist up. The deep ruby-burgundy blazer, punctuated by the magenta-pink ribbon belt and her flame locks, was a stunning revelation.

With the trousers, she lost me a bit, perhaps because at some angles, I questioned the baggier fit. I have to imagine it was intentional, though, on the basis of the ensemble being custom.

Louis Vuitton high jewelry completed the dynamic look.

Elisabeth Moss In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 Oscars

Elisabeth Moss attended the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

The actress wore a blush-toned Dior Couture gown with a Roger Vivier clutch and Harry Winston jewels.

This is such a lovely, classic look from the color to the draping to the styling, and the clutch is such a piece of art.

Elisabeth’s simple waved hair raspberry lip are all perfect with this dress, but my complaint is that she looks so uncomfortable! She usually has such an easy confidence on the red carpet, but something here is off, and it’s throwing the whole look for me.
