AnnaLynne McCord In Alice + Olivia – CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute

AnnaLynne McCord attended the annual CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event in LA this weekend, opting for a very covered up look by her standards.

The ‘90120’ actress wore an Alice + Olivia navy blue dress.

Her strapless cocktail dress has an embellished bodice and a playful skirt of cascading ruffles.

This festive dress was teamed with matchy peep-toes and diamond encrusted earrings.

Beauty-wise, AnnaLynne opted for a very dramatic look. Smoky eyes and a top knot similar to SJP’s last week completed her look.

AnnaLynne McCord In Alice + Olivia – Somaly Mam Foundation Benefit

AnnaLynne McCord was in New York City last night to attend the Somaly Mam Foundation Benefit to eradicate slavery.

The ‘90210’ actress wore an Alice + Olivia ‘Rumor’ gown.

I’m sure her sleek gown with an open back turned heads.

This cap-sleeves figure-skimming gown showcases her figure in an alluring but tasteful way.

Usually she tries just a tad too hard on the red carpet, but she’s remarkably refined on this occasion.

AnnaLynne visibly showed her support for this foundation by wearing a Somaly Mam Foundation yellow empowerment necklace as a bracelet.

Pearl earrings and kohl-rimmed eyes completed her look.

Who Wore Alice + Olivia Better? AnnaLynne McCord or Abigail Breslin

Abigail Breslin wore an Alice + Olivia Dawn jumpsuit to the “Janie Jones” Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival back in April.

The young star wore the look with a printed clutch, a delicate necklace and a pair of diamond earrings.

She opted for smoky eyeshadow and pink lips and wore her hair in loose ponytail.

AnnaLynne McCord wore the same jumpsuit a few days later to the 26th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards in New York.

The “90210” star looked beautiful in her outfit which comes with a snakeskin belt and added a tribal-style necklace.

She wore her hair in a Seventies-inspired centre part with soft waves and her makeup fresh and glowing.

Unfortunately, the jumpsuit is way too big for Abigail and the pants needed to be hemmed by a lot for this to look good on her.

The top part of the jumpsuit has also lost its shape on her tiny frame. I also would have preferred a different hairstyle to the one Abigail picked.

For me there is no competition and my vote is going to AnnaLynne.

You can shop their Alice + Olivia jumpsuit from Singer22.

The Rest Of The Looks From People’s Choice Awards Red Carpet

Here are the rest of the looks from the 2011 People’s Choice Awards.

AnnaLynne McCord stood out in a bright blue backless YSL dress which she paired with gold Louboutin’s.

Niki Taylor was a tad too formal at this event in a black Donna Karan gown.

Malin Akerman wore a playful J.Mendel white dress which she livened up with ruby red heels and a matching clutch.

Lucy Hale was my least favourite at this event wearing a mustard satin Ronald Abdala cap sleeve dress, which she paired with Rene Cavollia heels and Amrapali jewels.

Kendall Jenner wore a cute one-sleeve Bebe dress with hideous black brogues.

Maggie Q opted for a fashion-forward Herve Leger Fall 2010 dress with heavy black pumps.

Kourtney Kardashian wore a strapless Gert-Johan Coetzee dress. She accessorized with a Swarovski clutch and tan Louboutin’s.

Khloe Kardashian opted for a well worn Alexander McQueen strapless silk-chiffon gown which is back this season in grey.

We’ve seen this dress in green on Jessica Alba and Mary J Blige.

Amrapali earrings and a Judith Leiber clutch completed her look along with a fresh new red colour hair for 2011.

50 & Fabulous: Celebrating 50 Years of Women’s Advances Since The Pill Event – AnnaLynne McCord In Alice + Olivia

Hands up if you are shocked.

Shocked that AnnaLynne McCord is not wearing a mini dress, an LBD or a bandage dress.

I think this has to be the first time the “90210” actress has been so covered up.

At the “50 & Fabulous: Celebrating 50 Years of Women’s Advances Since The Pill Event” in New York City this week, she opted for a more sophisticated less predictable look.

She wore an Alice + Olivia silver brocade blazer with a white shirt and black skinny pants.

Her look was paired with bright pink Christian Louboutin Mille Cordes pumps which she also owns in gold.

This is a refreshing change, but I’m guessing it was a one-off.

I bet she’ll be back to her trademark minis next time out. I would too if I had her body.
