‘Thor: The Dark World’ Berlin Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Thor: The Dark Kingdom - Germany Premiere

Along with Natalie Portman, there were two stylish studs—Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth—at Sunday’s ‘Thor: The Dark Kingdom’ Berlin premiere at CineStar Potsdamer Platz in Germany, where those handsome co-stars also captured plenty of attention.

Tom Hiddleston: The British actor was dapper in a slick black three-piece suit, where his crisp white button-down shirt and silver tie added a touch of flair.

Chris Hemsworth: Also taking the three-piece path, Chris coordinated with Tom in a Dolce & Gabbana ensemble. His black velvet blazer with satin lapels was a luxe offering, which he effortlessly pulled off with a black vest, skinny tie and well-tailored trousers.

Giorgio Armani – One Night Only NYC Menswear Roundup

Armani men

We’ve seen the girls, so let’s hear it for the boys who attended the Giorgio Armani – One Night Only New York event, held yesterday at SuperPier in New York City.

The top tier, which included British heart-throb Douglas Booth, Ricky Martin and the very handsome Peter Facinelli, all opted for Armani finest hand-made suits in shades of charcoal, black and blue with no ties, for a more laidback after-dinner vibe.

Velvet suits and Fall go hand-in-hand for me, so I can’t help but be captivated by Peter’s look.

Robert Pattinson In Gucci – 2nd Annual Australians In Film Awards Gala

Robert Pattinson In Gucci - 2nd Annual Australians In Film Awards Gala

Robert Pattinson made an appearance at the 2nd Annual Australians In Film Awards Gala, held yesterday at the Intercontinental Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

It has been awhile since we’ve seen the British boy on the red carpet. But he showed up to the party with an air of polished panache in a royal blue Gucci Resort 2014 wool mohair two-button, notch lapel Signoria suit.

Paired with a crisp white dress shirt, navy silk tie and brown leather lace-up loafers—along with a nearly clean-shaven gaze—the actor assuredly turned heads when it came time for his presenter duties onstage.

Do you like his bold blue statement?

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

This week, the red carpets have been trod by a haute flurry of fashionable females. But a handsomely clad group of guys has also been on the scene.

Chris Hemsworth: The actor-stud showed up to the ‘Thor: The Dark World’ world premiere at Odeon Leicester Square in London on Tuesday. He paired his steely, baby blues with a richly hued, dark eggplant Dolce & Gabbana three-piece suit that certainly caught my eye.

Jared Leto: Taking a slightly more conservative turn, the entertainer was polished in an all-black Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane ensemble at the 17th annual Hollywood Film Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in California on Monday. His unbuttoned, tie-less shirt and the flash of his silk, sky-blue pocket square added the touch of attitude we’ve come to expect from Jared.

Idris Elba: Joining Chris at ‘Thor: The Dark World’ world premiere, Idris rocked the Burberry threads with one of the brand’s slim-fit cashmere coats taking top billing. Statement loafers finished out his casual-cool look.

From Scotland to England, the guys suited up in style for a round of red carpets this past weekend.

Tinie Tempah: The British rapper was appropriately dressed in a trendy-dapper Dolce & Gabbana black tux and a perfect bow tie, as he pointed out his Best Hip Hop/Grime MOBO Award at the 18th anniversary MOBO Awards at the Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday. The loafers, worn sans socks, added another shot of attitude.

Tom Hiddleston: At Friday’s ‘Only Lovers Left Alive’ London premiere during the 57th BFI London Film Festival at Odeon West End, the British actor walked the line between bold and basic in an Alexander McQueen black velvet shawl collar dinner jacket, paired with a white evening shirt, skinny black tie, black trousers and black patent shoes.

Colin Farrell: The actor joined Ruth Wilson at the ‘Saving Mr. Banks’ closing night gala premiere, held during the 57th BFI London Film Festival at Odeon Leicester Square last night. He tempered his edgy persona with a more clean-cut look featuring a dark, three-piece Dolce & Gabbana pinstripe number.

Over the past few days, the guys have taken to the red carpet in a bevy of sartorial statements ranging from trendy to traditional.

Jared Leto: At the “Dallas Buyers Club” Los Angeles premiere yesterday at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the actor was feeling blue in his Alexander McQueen ensemble that featured a bright cerulean blazer, semi-sheer black top and black skinny pants with zipper detail styled with Bruno Magli boots. Long, messy ombre locks added to his dressed-up rocker vibe.

Josh Duhamel: Josh was looking as dapper as possible at yesterday’s Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Inaugural Gala in Beverly Hills, California, where his black tux and tie was polished and professional.

Dev Patel: Eschewing the basic black tux, the Salvatore Ferragamo-clad actor accompanied his leading lady, Freida Pinto, at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Inaugural Gala. He gets points in my book just for stepping outside the style box with his dynamic, burgundy-red suit.
