Sophia Bush’s Manhattan Style

Sophia Bush's Manhattan Style

Sophia Bush has been out in New York City serving up three great looks over the past three days.

Monday: While attending the 2014 National Dance Institute Annual Gala, the actress worked a deep-berry lip with her electric-blue For The Love of Lemons lace dress with a tonal bodysuit. I love the dark-berry lip. While not considered seasonal, it’s a divine contrast against that bolt of blue. Kurt Geiger London ‘Britton’ nude pumps, a Jacob & Co. snake ear cuff and a Rauwolf clutch completed her look.

Tuesday: Stepping out in something more casual on Tuesday, Sophia wore a J Brand ‘Omlie’ top with a touch of feminine charm courtesy of the peplum detail. Worn with J Brand ‘Maria’ super-skinny leather jeans, she styled the look with a black and white Edie Parker art deco ‘Jean’ clutch, adding a pop of colour via her Stuart Weitzman ‘Nouveau’ rose-pearl floral python pumps.

Wednesday: While making a guest appearance at the SiriusXM Studios earlier today, Sophia opted for a bright colour yet again, this time wearing Max Mara. The shocking-pink high-neck frock was styled with Jade & Jasper ‘Classy Chique’ earrings and Sophia Webster black and gold ‘Riko’ studded sandals. The jury is still out on these shoes. While I like the bold choice, I’m not sure they complement the dress too well.

I’m torn between Monday and Tuesday’s looks. I think the floral pumps edge Tuesday slightly in the lead.

I like all three looks but the tuesday look is my favorite. The floral pumps are the perfect touch to balance out the edginess of the pants.

I really like the first look. The colour is lovely and the berry lip combo is divine!

She looks great in all three outfits, but the second one is my favourite.

The second look is my favorite. The other two are just messy, my opinion. I need those floral pumps!!!

These are all great–my only complaint is the sheer skirt on the blue dress, but it is not THAT troubling. Dee’s suggestion about switching the shoes is interesting, but I have to say that in this case I like what she did–the soft florals with the leather pants and the edgy black with the hot pink dress. It works for me.

While I agree that the black and gold sandals would have been too predictable with the leather pants, they still don’t work with the pink dress imo.
She should have worn those Stuart Weizman both Tuesday and Wednesday lol.

I would havw switched shoes for the 2nd and 3rd looks. I don’t like the heavy black shoes with the dress.
