Cate Blanchett In Armani PriveĢ – Oscars 2014
Cate Blanchett glided down the red carpet at the 2014 Oscars held the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (March 2) in Hollywood, California like a graceful swan.
It was a no-brainer that she would wear Armani Prive once again, as she usually turns to the Italian designer for the grand occasions.
I love how she brought some romance to the red carpet wearing a soft gold-coloured cap-sleeve gown featuring a long, flared tulle skirt with crinoline edging, fully embroidered with raised deĢgradeĢ sequins and light gold Swarovski crystal baguettes.
As if the gown wasn’t embellished enough, she added some dazzling Chopard jewels, including a pair of opal drop earrings that I’m sure cost a pretty penny.
Along with Lupita Nyong’o and Amy Adams, she gave me goosebumps living up to the occasion and surpassing expectations.
