2010 Oscars – Meryl Streep In Chris March

60 & Fabulous Award
In the past Meryl Streep hasn’t really taken red carpet dressing very seriously.

This awards season she’s stepped things up a notch.

Last night at the 2010 Oscars she wore stunning white draped Chris March gown.

The ‘Project Runway’ Alum Chris March also designed Meryl’s Golden Globes gown.

The designer created a gown that flattered the legendary actress, and made her look 10 years younger.

She paired her gown with a stunning crystallized clutch and Jimmy Choo ‘Zena’ platform sandals.

Gorgeous, but I wish she had done something different with her hair. It looks very… meh, last minute thing.

Love the dress, so beautiful and age-appropriate without being boring.

Btw, she was carrying a Swarovski Mystic clutch.

She looks great. I love the combination of silver and white when everyone else wants to do gold and white.

Incredible, it fits her and her style in the most incredible way. She looks like a diva, and brings me a classic hollywood vibe to mind but with a twist. The clutch was to die for.

My biggest issue is how similiar the gown is to the Balenciaga she wore to the SAG Awards.

Because they are both long sleeves dresses- which is a rare thing to find on red carpet this day. She dresses age appropriately and yet look super stylist. I would die to see my mom in this dress, to be honest with you.

FC, don’t you think this should be one of BDOTW?

I think it’s fabulous that she is going to Chris March when she could have her pick of designers, and that he is designing such perfect looks for her age, shape, personality. I love the white (thank goodness she didn’t wear beige again), she looks gorgeous.
