Dita Von Teese to wear Christian Dior Fall 2008

Dita Von Teese has a very strong look and dresses with true individuality and expression. Rebecca has found a Christian Dior Fall 2008 look that she believes would be perfect for the pin-up.

Rebecca said, “Despite this gown being a couple of seasons old, I would still still die for someone to wear it. It really is outstanding. Dita automatically came to mind when I saw it.”

“I don’t know where she could really wear the gown as she would even struggle to get away with it at the Oscars. But being Dita, she would surely find the right event for this masterpiece.” “Most people would look ridiculous and totally out of their comfort zone but I think she has the poise to pull it off.”

Given Dita’s confidence and bold taste in dress I agree with Rebecca.

Rihanna to wear Balmain Spring 2010 & Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2010

Rihanna never plays it safe. Whether she’s on the red carpet or walking the streets of New York or Paris.

Lauren wishes to see Rihanna wear one of the amazing gowns we saw at Viktor & Rolf Spring 2010 presentation.

She said, “I’m dying to see this Viktor and Rolf ball gown on the red carpet, and I think Rihanna might be the only person who could pull it off. It would be amazing.”

It would be pretty amazing. The last time we saw Rihanna in a gown was at the 2008 BET Awards, so it would interesting to see how she would pull this off.

Cate Blanchett to wear Balmain Spring 2010 & Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2010

Regina has always wished to see Cate Blanchett wearing Balmain.

Regina says, “She that rare woman who can make these clothes worthy and will not look cheap and trashy as many other celebs.”

“When I saw the new collection with all the gold and military style, I immediately wanted to see in it on Cate Blanchett.”

“Not everyone can pull of the first Balmain outfit, but Cate it will make look easily. This top reminds me the warrior woman, and skinny trousers will emphasize her amazing figure.”

“The gold sequined dress has cut outs in the most unexpected places, but only Cate will make it look classy.

“When I saw this Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2010 suit, I immediately thought of Irina Spalk, Cate’s character in the Indiana Jones movie”.

“Cate looks fantastic suits, I hope she will wore something similar on the red carpet.”

I never thought of Cate as a Balmain girl, as so many celebs has cheapened the brand. Regina’s picks have made me reconsider.

Cate is a strong woman, and these pieces were designed for someone strong, confident and powerful. Cate fits that mold.

My favourite has to be the Dolce & Gabbana suit. It’s so classic and Cate always wears suits with an air of elegance.

Lindsay Lohan to wear Marchesa Resort 2010, Reem Acra Fall 2009 & Elie Saab Spring 2009

Natalie would like to see a more polished look for Lindsay Lohan on the red carpet.

Natalie said, “I know many people hate Lindsay and feel that she’s a trainwreck. But every time I read news about her, I’m always rooting for her to bounce back. Watching ‘The Parent Trap’ and ‘Freaky Friday’ makes her really likable and I just wanna hope onto her team haha!”

“I think Lindsay would look great in floor-length gowns but she seldom wears them!! I always see her in short, tight minidresses that mostly spell slutty but I feel she will look demure and charming in high-neckline covered gowns”.

These are great picks as I can’t remember the last time I saw Lindsay wearing a gown.

Amanda Bynes to wear Corina Vladescu Spring 2009, Ludmila Corlateanu & Elie Saab Spring 2009 Couture

Alina has some wishes for Amanda Bynes, but admitted that they are pretty much impossible.

As Alina is Romanian she has picked two Romanian designers.

Alina said “I thought that they could be so great for Amanda because her style on the red carpet is so predictable and boring. I know that it’s impossible to see her wearing this dresses but … to dream doesn’t cost anything”.

“I would like to see her wearing this dresses..better said this type of dresses at some awards like Kid’s Choice Awards”.

For the Elie Saab wish Alina continued, ” I would LOVE to see her wearing this dress from Elie Saab’s Spring 2009 Couture Collection at a high profile event like the EMMY’s”.

Like Alina said it doesn’t hurt to dream. One day Amanda will be shaken out of her LBDs and we will see a brand new woman.

Lady GaGa to wear Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 & Christian Dior Fall 2009 Couture & Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2009 Couture

It think it impossible to predict what Lady GaGa will wear next, but Thomas has picked 3 looks for her.

Thomas said, “I HATE Lady Gaga’s style most of the time, but now that she may be going on tour by herself because the Kanye/Gaga tour has been canceled I picked some sexy yet elegant costumes for the concert.”

“The first pick is a Fall 2009 Louis Vuitton Ready-to-Wear dress. I love the detail on it and could only wish to see her in this”.

“The second pick is a Fall 2009 Christian Dior Couture outfit. the fall couture collection was inspired the backstage of the original show. Love the yellow jacket and the large peplum”.

“My last pick is a Fall 2009 Jean Paul Gaultier couture trench coat with a train”.

My favourite look is the Christian Dior ensemble. I hope she wears it as presented on the runway.

This is the second time this Alexander McQueen dress has been added to this wish list.

Antonio said, “This colourful Alexander McQueen dress, is gorgeous. I looove the shape of the dress, plus the lace neckline is soooo demure. I’m so sure Emma could pull-off this gorgeous dress with style and grace, completed with a “Celestina espanol copper clutch” this look is red carpet ready, without too much bling and some sexy strapppy sandals..!”
