Mark Ronson In Jil Sander – London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay Finale Concert

Despite the annoying announcements by London Mayor Boris Johnson that the Olympic Games will cause a lot of travel disruptions, Olympic fever has well and truly hit London.

In the countdown to the opening ceremony tomorrow, a special concert was held in London’s Hyde Park to mark the Olympic Torch Relay Finale.

Mark Ronson was lucky enough to get his hands on the Olympic Torch prior to his performance at the event.

On a beautiful sunny day in the capital he donned a Jil Sander geometric striped tee from the Spring 2011 collection.

The bold multi-coloured key piece from the collection was styled with white pants, red socks, white lace up dress shoes and Raybans.

I hope he didn’t get grass stains on his shoes.

Kate Beckinsale In Thomas Wylde – Conan

Kate Beckinsale, who turned 39 today, made a guest appearance on Conan on Wednesday evening to promote her new movie, ‘Total Recall’.

The British actress plays one of the central villains in the movie, but it almost wasn’t to be.

Apparently, the actress was originally the front runner to play the three-breasted woman (played by Kaitlyn Leeb).

Of course, that was the main topic of conversation.

The British actress wore a Thomas Wylde Spring 2012 dress for the occasion.

Her form-fitting LBD with ruffled details was styled with J/Hadley earrings and Rona Pfeiffer rings.

I’m positive she wore this dress with black pumps with this look.

Kate’s co-star Jessica Biel, was also doing the TV rounds last night on Jay Leno.

I can’t wait to see the both ladies on the red carpet next week at the LA premiere.

Miranda Kerr In Equipment & Stella McCartney – Out In New York

I couldn’t let the day pass without some Miranda Kerr street style lovin’.

The Victoria’s Secret model was recently spotted heading to meetings in New York City wearing a cool uptown look which caught everyone’s attention.

She wore an intriguing optic print Equipment ‘Liam’ silk top which she paired with super cool high-waist Stella McCartney two-pocket flared jeans.

Accessories included her favourite Prada sunglasses, her Celine bag and tan sandals.

I don’t think there is much point voting for our street style queen this year. Do you?

Jessica Alba Loves Her Marc Jacobs ‘Antonia’ Bag

You know that feeling when you get something new and you just can’t put it down?

Well Jessica Alba has definitely got that feeling as she has been spotted all over New York City promoting yesterday with her Marc Jacobs ‘Antonia’ bag from the Fall 2012 collection.

Three meetings, three looks, but only one bag.

The glazed calfskin yellow bag with tubular top handles also comes with a detachable strap so it can be carried as a shoulder bag.

Her no-fuss bag with a simple chic design looks like it will carry all your essentials, which in my case is my iPad.

Every bag I buy has to pass the iPad test.

Jessica proves that if you’re wearing Elle Lauri stripes, a pretty Carolina Herrera Resort 2013 print frock or casual separates, the bag pretty much goes with everything.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Hobbs – Bacon’s College

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Prince Harry showed their support for the launch of a sports initiative at Bacon’s College in Greenwich, South East London this afternoon.

The trio of Olympic ambassadors not only attended but actually took part in the sports – Harry in basketball, William in football and Kate in table tennis – hence the casual attire.

Kate wore a ladylike Hobbs dress for the occasion.

Her 50s-inspired pretty grey and cream fit-and-flare dress was styled with a white woven belt and espadrille wedges.

Many of us are still trying to warm to Kate’s style, but I think this is a charming, perfect-for-summer, event-appropriate look.

Do you agree?
