Anne Hathaway In The Row – Les Misérables Screening After Party

Anne Hathaway attended a ‘Les Misérables’ screening after party held at Porterhouse in New York City on Sunday evening, which was also attended by Anna Wintour.

The American Vogue December 2012 cover girl wore a Spring 2013 dress by The Row.

Her inky-blue billowing evening dress, with pom-pom-like embellishments on the smock sleeves, was accented with a vintage silver belt.

A Jill Milan clutch and Graziela Gems rings accessorized her look.

This is one of my favourite looks from Anne in a long while. It has a charming medieval feel to it, plus her styling was impeccable.

I also love how her pixie crop is constantly evolving.

Ermenegildo Zegna ‘Essenze’ Collection Launch Event

The Ermenegildo Zegna ‘Essenze’ collection launch event took place at the Ermenegildo Zegna boutique in New York City yesterday evening.

Peter Facinelli: As my best-dressed man from last week, I was happy to see Peter back out on the red carpet again. The ‘Twilight’ actor puts himself firming in the running again this week, wearing a navy sheen two-button, notch-lapel Ermenegildo Zegna suit. The sleek suit was styled with a white shirt, and polka dot and navy striped tie. My man of the moment added brown oxfords to his look.

Ed Burns: The producer/actor opted for a more classic look, wearing a black Ermenegildo Zegna striped two-button, notch-lapel suit, with a white-and-grey striped shirt and navy floral tie.

While there is nothing better than a man in a classic suit, I love the sheen and vibrant blue colour of Peter’s look over Ed’s Wall Street banker look.

Carrie Underwood In Katharine Kidd – 2012 CMT Artists Of The Year

Carrie Underwood joined Hayden Panettiere on the red carpet yesterday evening for the 2012 CMT Artists Of The Year at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee.

The country singer took a night off from wearing her favourite sparkling gowns to don a Katharine Kidd Fall 2012 jumpsuit.

Featuring a sheer yoke, draped panels and a crystal beaded trim around the waistline, this is a more modern look than we are used to seeing from Carrie.

I love the simple styling, which included red Giuseppe Zanotti pumps with a black patent toe-cap, a Jill Milan ‘Holland Park’ clutch and a selection of Vahan bracelets.

Even with a modern look, the singer still sports pageant hair. Just imagine how major this look would have been with a simple ponytail or slicked back do.

Dianna Agron In Dolce & Gabbana – 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala

Dianna Agron attended the 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala at The New York Marriott Marquis in New York City yesterday evening.

The ‘Glee’ actress wore a Dolce & Gabbana black frock with a fitted satin embroidered bodice and a floaty chiffon skirt.

She styled her look with a black satin Christian Louboutin ‘Alialo’ pleated satin clutch and baroque-inspired Christian Louboutin ‘Indies’ black pumps with an ornate shape accentuated by mesh insets and gold trims, but it’s the headband which ruins this look for me.

Sporting new bangs, Dianna opted to style her new do with a Dolce & Gabbana gold filigree velvet headband, which is also accented with white roses.

That deep berry lip is divine, but I just can’t get past the headband.

Does the headband work for you?

You can buy Dianna’s Christian Louboutin ‘Indies’ pumps in maroon from Neiman Marcus.

Hayden Panettiere In Roberto Cavalli – 2012 CMT Artists Of The Year

Hayden Panettiere attended the 2012 CMT Artists Of The Year at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee yesterday evening.

The ‘Nashville’ actress, who served as host for this event, opted for a bright fuchsia-pink asymmetrical Roberto Cavalli gown with a slashed opening on the bodice and a thigh-high slit.

Bright colours were clearly the order of the day, as she teamed her gown with red Giuseppe Zanotti satin peep-toes and turquoise Sutra jewellery.

I’m sad to say I don’t like anything about this look as it feels so dated.

I can see that she was going for the glamorous host look, but ended up looking like a Miss World contestant.

I prefer Hayden with shorter hair and a shorter hemline.
