Ellie Goulding In Rebecca Minkoff – Late Show With David Letterman

Ellie Goulding In Rebecca Minkoff - Late Show With David LettermanEllie Goulding was quite the snow bunny, as she confronted New York City’s wintry mix on her way to an appearance on the ‘Late Show With David Letterman.’

The songstress hardly looked phased at all by the cold, as she skipped a coat in favour of an oversized, sheer Rebecca Minkoff Spring 2014 black mesh top and black leggings.

Her edgy, bra-baring top, which was arguably far more flattering via the runway’s styling, may have been rather reminiscent of a baggy, sports jersey here. She styled the look with black patent holographic boots and a black handbag, topping it all off with a fun black hat.

Hopefully, she didn’t have too far to walk, as I’m shivering just looking at this see-through shirt.

Elizabeth Banks In Ralph Lauren – The Variety Studio: Sundance Edition

Elizabeth Banks In Ralph Lauren - The Variety Studio Sundance EditionElizabeth Banks has also been making the rounds at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, where she was seen at The Variety Studio: Sundance Edition presented by Dawn Levy on Tuesday (January 21).

The actress, who was our Promo Tour Star of 2013, shifted into a mod direction with her Ralph Lauren Spring 2014 black-and-white checquered frock.

The graphic, mock turtleneck mini-dress had a distinct ’60s mood—even without the runway’s retro oversized shades.

The black boots, which have been spotted everywhere at Sundance, once again made an appearance, as she winterized the dress with an over-the-knee pair, along with black tights.

A choppy long bob and bright pink lip completed her hip-casual look.

Adriana Lima In Bibhu Mohapatra – IWC Schaffhausen At The SIHH 2014

Adriana Lima In Bibhu Mohapatra - IWC Schaffhausen At The SIHH 2014Adriana Lima was on hand at the IWC Schaffhausen at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) 2014 on Tuesday (January 21) at the Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Victoria’s Secret supermodel strutted out a Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2014 dress, printed in a blue and silver flock-like pattern, the colour of which looked beautiful against her raven locks.

The bandeau top, which peeped through the deep plunge, showed just a whiff of skin; enough to be sexy, but still appropriate.

She styled the look with black, ankle-strap sandals and no visible jewels, also taking a less-is-more approach to her barely-there makeup. The main accessory attraction here was that IWC timepiece on her wrist.

Think you’ve seen this dress before? You have, as Ahna O’Reilly also wore it last fall.

Karolina Kurkova In Julien Macdonald – IWC ‘Inside The Wave’ Gala Event

Karolina Kurkova In Julien Macdonald - IWC 'Inside The Wave' Gala Event

Following the day’s event, Karolina Kurkova glammed up for the IWC ‘Inside The Wave’ Gala event during the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) 2014 at Palexpo on Tuesday (January 21) in Geneva, Switzerland.

She turned to the one designer you go to if you need a daring red carpet look – Julien Macdonald.

In the wrong hands this Fall 2013 netted long-sleeved gown with a central slit to the upper thigh which is enriched with gold-embroidered detailing could’ve been quite tragic.

Far from loving the gown, I will say that it is Karolina who is making it work.

Needless to say, I would’ve preferred sandals with this look, but her gold python pumps work perfectly with her look.

Her ever-present IWC watch is far too chunky for such a delicate dress, but thankfully it appears to be lost amongst those gold embellishments.

Armani Prive Spring 2014 Front Row

Armani Prive Spring 2014 Front Row

Celebs gathered to view the Giorgio Armani Prive Spring 2014 show as part of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week on Tuesday (January 21) in Paris, France.

Paloma Faith: Always a delight to behold, Paloma of course opted for something uber glamorous, wearing a black pleated-fan-bodice Giorgio Armani Fall 2013 gown with a velvet skirt for her grand arrival. You may be thinking a gown is a bit OTT for a fashion show, but the show was at 8.30pm and was to be followed by a dinner – and this is Paloma Faith we are talking about, who never does things by halves.

Zhang Ziyi: The Asian actress was considerably more demure, wearing a magenta Giorgio Armani Spring 2014 embellished fitted jacket with black fitted pants, which she styled with black pumps and a black-and-white clutch. This look says everything about Armani: classic, timeless and oh so very elegant.

Kristin Scott Thomas: The English-French actress had the same idea as Zhang Ziyi, but sadly I wasn’t as enthused by Kristin’s execution. I much prefer the runway styling of this look, being orange, black and black rather than Kristin’s orange, orange, black and blue. Swap the orange silk blouse for a black one and lose the navy clutch and I would be more inclined to like this look.
