Alison Brie In Jason Wu – SiriusXM & Glow LA Premiere

Alison Brie has been busy promoting ‘Glow’ over the past few days with the actress first headed to the SiriusXM Studios on Tuesday (June 20) in New York City, before attending the LA premiere the next day.

SiriusXM Studios Visit: Alison’s blunt bob looks endlessly cool and works well with the masculine pinstripes of her Jason Wu wrap dress. However, I wonder if the colour and blazer-style are too heavy. Some accessories would have elevated this look, but for the daytime, she didn’t really require any.

‘Glow’ LA Premiere: There couldn’t be a sharper contrast between Alison’s two look. Her second doesn’t have any hint of matronly vibes; instead, the silky Jason Wu gown is beautifully draped and looks impossibly polished. It would’ve been great to see her embrace something more adventurous, but I do love how classic and sophisticated she looks.

The Mindy Project Costume Conversation with Mindy Kaling (in Lela Rose) and Salvador Perez

Mindy Kaling joined Film and TV Costume Designer Salvador Perez to discuss all things fashion and design on Wednesday (June 21) in LA.

Perez is not only the costume designer for ‘The Mindy Project’, but he’s also Mindy’s go-to designer most of her red carpet looks.

Over the years the actress has proved she has a penchant for colour, and this look is no different. Vibrant and spirited, this Lela Rose dress is the perfect tonic for the heat.

I particularly love the humour she’s managed to inject into her look with some youthful Louboutin shoes.

The length of this dress and the capped sleeves give it a comfortable ease, making Mindy look totally charming and relaxed. Meanwhile, the drop earrings, gentle wave hairstyle, and glossy pink lips add some glamour to this ensemble.

A picture of happiness, wouldn’t you agree?

Dua Lipa In Blumarine – ‘Baby Driver’ London Premiere

Music sensation Dua Lipa was never bound to wear a gown while attending the London premiere of ‘Baby Driver’ on Tuesday (June 21) in London, alongside Lily James and Eiza Gonzalez.

I expected her to march to the beat of her own drum and wear something slightly provocative, so I really liked this two piece Blumarine Spring 2017 look.

That was until my eyes panned down to the trousers.

Those creases are so unfortunate.

My heart actually bleeds for her because the light-hearted look, styled with René Caovilla and a pooch shoulder bag, was oozing a great sense of flirty fun and youthfulness.

Lily Collins In Georges Chakra Couture – Lancôme ‘Declaring Happiness’ Exhibition

Lily Collins attended the opening ceremony of Lancôme’s ‘Declaring Happiness’ exhibition on Wednesday (June 21) in Shanghai, China.

Donning an ultra –feminine Georges Chakra Spring 2017 Couture dress, the actress gave her sweet look a little spice with strappy black sandals, a red lip, and smoky eye.

With its youthful mini skirt and feathery ruffles on the hem, this look was calling to mind a ballerina style tutu.

Did Lily’s styling elevate the look?

V&A Summer Party

A whole host of stars attended the V&A summer party on Wednesday (June 21) in London,

Princess Beatrice of York: Deciding to go darker than most in attendance, Princess Beatrice opted for a Self-Portrait ruffled guipure lace midi dress. The tiered sheer dress may have been the perfect antidote to the heat but her Jimmy Choo pumps really weighed down the look.

Sai Bennett: This Temperley London Fall 2017 dress was utterly appropriate for the event, I especially love the front slit and gorgeous floral print which feels particularly summery. Some simple gold accessories and brown wedges tied this look together perfectly.

Donna Air: This lightweight Three Floor tiered lace dress looked incredibly feminine and pretty. The high-neck ruffles worked well with Donna’s swept back hair and round frame sunglasses. The silhouette is also incredibly flattering, with just the right amount of breathable cut-outs.

Vanessa Hudgens Visits ‘Extra’ In Chloé

Vanessa Hudgens opted for a pale and interesting vibe on Wednesday (June 21) as she visited the ‘Extra Studios’ in Times Square, New York City.

There were hints of the actress’s usual bohemian aesthetic in this look, with the exaggerated bow straps, but for the most part, this Chloé Spring 2017 dress was a fresh approach.

I love that she went with the runway vision and decided to limit jewelry; it made the look feel clean and drew the eye to the intricate floral lace details instead.

Whilst I am missing a little of Vanessa’s signature edge, the gold hoop earrings and red toenails imbue some personality.
