Odeya Rush In Christian Dior Couture – 2018 SAG Awards

Odeya Rush was also in attendance at the 2018 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 21) in LA.

The up-and-coming Israeli actress donned a Christian Dior Fall 2017 Couture frock.

Diaphanous tulle and exploded herringbone lines made for an intriguing balance of sweetness and directional structure in this dress, which I thought she carried off quite well.

Lorraine Schwartz jewels and long waves completed the look suitable of a young ingénue.

So well-defined was the waist that I didn’t even miss the belt.

Leslie Bibb In Prada – 2018 SAG Awards

Leslie Bibb showed her support for partner Sam Rockwell at the 2018 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 21) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The actress looked regal in a white Prada gown with its triple banding along the waist enhancing her shape and adding shine.

The fitted bodice with flowing skirt showed off her statuesque beauty to full effect.

There’s a graceful ease to the style I find most appealing.

Her dangling earrings added a hint of colour to the pale dress.

Alexandra Breckenridge In Antonio Grimaldi – 2018 SAG Awards

She may have just given birth six weeks ago, but Alexandra Breckinridge was back on fighting form at the 2018 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 21) in LA.

The ‘This Is Us’ star offered up glamour with an edge in this Antonio Grimaldi Fall 2017 Couture asymmetrical gown that featured a beautiful drape to juxtapose the chainmail-like shoulder detail.

This chartreuse colour isn’t easy to wear, but she pulls it off effortlessly with her mulberry lip and long, faux-hawk braid.

A sparkly Tyler Ellis clutch completed her modern Renaissance-glam look.

Halle Berry In Pamella Roland – 2018 SAG Awards

After Halle Berry’s overly provocative outing at the NAACP Image Awards, I didn’t know what to expect tonight (January 21) at the 2018 SAG Awards in LA.

But, I think it’s safe to say that the actress redeemed herself here with a custom Pamella Rolland gown.

I like the diaphanous quality of the black tulle overlay to add a soft romance and new dimensionality to the sequin dress, with her high ponytail offering a modern sleekness to the design.

Did this look fall back into more tasteful favour with you?

Connie Britton In Elisabetta Franchi – 2018 SAG Awards

Connie Britton attended and presented at the 2018 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 21).

The actress wore a rose gold Elisabetta Franchi faux wrap gown with Jennifer Meyer jewelry.

I love how Ms. Britton has somehow taken a head-to-toe sequin gown and brought it down-to-earth with her easygoing styling. No frills but absolutely stunning.

Of course, we can’t talk about Connie without mentioning her hair, which is superb as usual.

Hong Chau In Rodarte – 2018 SAG Awards

I have been enjoying Hong Chau’s red carpet appearances and seeing how she has fun with fashion.

At the 2018 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 21) the ‘Downsizing’ actress proved her fashion credentials with a Rodarte Spring 2018 dress.

The runway version had a distinct ethereal, flower child look, but I was in favor of how she evoked a glamorous mood with her styling.

Stuart Weitzman’ Nudist’ sandals, Irene Neuwirth jewels and red lipstick played off the pale yellow lace.

The raised, softly frilled neckline also framed her radiant smile.

Samira Wiley In Tadashi Shoji – 2018 SAG Awards

Samira Wiley attended the 2018 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 21).

The ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress wore a striking Tadashi Shoji Spring 2018 gown, and goodness, did she wear it!

This celestial print is so wholly unique and fun while also being quite sophisticated and Samira brings it to life beautifully.

A big hoo-rah to her beauty team, as well, as her dramatic lashes and raspberry lip are the perfect beauty choices for the sophisticated but fun look.
