Sophie Turner In ALICE by Temperley & Dolce & Gabbana - 'Another Me' Rome Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Sophie Turner, best known for her role as Sansa Stark in ‘Games of Thrones’, attended the photocall and premiere for her latest movie ‘Another Me’ during Rome Film Festival today.

Photocall: Her first look was a dark-blue ALICE by Temperley jumpsuit with a devoré print inspired by Art Nouveau motifs, which she accented with a Temperley London gold-and-sapphire stoned belt from the Fall 2013 collection. Gold studded Christian Louboutin t-bar black pumps and gold bracelets accessorized her look as she allowed her flame-coloured locks to fall over one shoulder.

Premiere: This evening, she wore a pretty tea-length Dolce & Gabbana brocade dress with a shimmering silver bow accented waistband, which she styled with silver accessories including a Christian Louboutin clutch, spike accented pumps and Stroili Oro jewels.

Both looks are very pretty and event appropriate. While the studded Louboutin’s adds an edge to the Temperley jumpsuit, I don’t favour them with her pretty Dolce dress.

‘The Hunger Games Catching Fire’ Rome Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson joined leading lady Jennifer Lawrence for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ premiere during Rome Film Festival held at the Auditorium Parco Della Musica in Italy yesterday evening.

Liam Hemsworth: While I’m a fan of suits in colours other than black or grey, there is something about a classic suit, especially a Dolce & Gabbana suit like this one which is tailored to perfection, which makes me swoon. His usual David Yurman accessories were added to this look.

Josh Hutcherson: The actor was also in black; however, his three-piece Dolce & Gabbana suit didn’t quite work for me. Josh has been very consistent throughout this nonstop tour but everything here looks one size too big and, as a result of the poor fit, creases are magnified.

Jennifer Lawrence In Christian Dior Couture - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' Rome Film Festival Premiere

Jennifer Lawrence continued to promote her movie ‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ by attending the Rome Film Festival premiere this evening in Italy.

Opting for her second Dior Fall 2013 Couture look this time, she wore a vanilla floor-length gown with a wrap-around bodice construction and a high-low hem which showcased her sexy gold sandals.

Mimicking the runway styling, she swept her hair back and opted for a watermelon lip colour, giving her look an Old Hollywood vibe of a 60s screen siren.

Dana Rebecca Designs earrings and a Ana Khouri diamond-and-gold stem hand bracelet completed her look.

I know what you’re thinking: either ‘Dior again’ or ‘not another light-coloured gown’, and I somewhat agree with the latter as I would love a colour other than ivory or blue from her during this promo tour.

Despite that, this is my favourite premiere look so far.

Jennifer Lawrence In Proenza Schouler - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' Rome Film Festival Photocall

Jennifer Lawrence attended ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ photocall during the 8th Rome Film Festival held at the Auditorium Parco Della Musica in Italy this afternoon.

Continuing her more youthful approach to photocall dressing, she selected yet another off-runway look, wearing a Proenza Schouler Spring 2014 dress, distinctive via the decorative turnlock silver hardware at the placket.

The black-and-tan cotton-crepe dress was styled with Saint Laurent platform pumps with a studded toe-cap and yet another pair of statement earrings courtesy of Graziela Gems and an EF Collection bangle.

Luscious lashes and a glossy pink lip completed her look.

Rooney Mara In Balenciaga - 'Her' Rome Film Festival Premiere

Rooney Mara joined Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet for the ‘Her’ premiere during the 8th Rome Film Festival held at Auditorium Parco Della Musica in Italy yesterday evening.

If it’s not black, it’s white. So, having worn a black Louis Vuitton dress to the photocall, she donned white for the premiere, wearing a Balenciaga Spring 2014 dress – our first look at this collection off the runway.

The crushed-lurex and organza-veiled dress was considerably more fashion-forward than Scarlett’s choice and I prefer this of the two, but I just wish I felt she owned the look.

As usual, I feel like she is slightly intimidated by it, however, this is still BDOTW worthy.

B Brian Atwood ‘Labrea’ white leather sandals, a half-up, half-down hairstyle and rouge lip colour provided the finishing touches.

Scarlett Johansson In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Her' Rome Film Festival Premiere

Scarlett Johansson attended the ‘Her’ premiere during the 8th Rome Film Festival held at Auditorium Parco Della Musica in Italy yesterday evening.

When in Rome, the face of Dolce & Gabbana donned a look from the Italian designers’ Spring 2014 collection, selecting a floral-and-medallion-print flirty frock which definitely screams summer film festival rather than cold night in November, but we should be counting our blessings that it’s not another black lace Dolce & Gabbana sheer frock – I think we have seen enough of those over the past few weeks.

Considering the gold-tone medallion print on her mini dress, she wore Jimmy Choo ‘Berlin’ bronze-and-gold sandals, mixing her metals with silver Chopard jewels.

A simple updo and orange lip completed her look.

As much as I don’t want to criticize the look, I think this is more of a photocall look and not a premiere look. I can forgive the season inappropriateness and mixed metals.

Can you?
