Debby Ryan In LUBLU Kira Plastinina - Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party2

Debby Ryan attended the 22nd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (March 2).

The LUBLU Kira Plastinina one-of-a-kind gown – specifically designed for award season – features a structured white silk bodice and a black skirt with a dramatic train.

I love the sophisticated colour combination and shoulder detail which enhances a timeless silhouette, while the cascading skirt provides modern appeal with sheer peek-a-boo panels.

The look was styled with a black cherry lip and black clutch.

“I am thrilled to be dressing Debby for Oscar Sunday – especially as this is LUBLU’s first Oscar red carpet moment since our showroom’s launch in August. I think Debby embodies the next generation of red carpet glamour, while representing our brand’s identity of feminine, savvy and daring.” – Kira Plastinina

Who Was Your Best Dressed At The 2014 Oscar Parties

Oscars menThe Oscars 2014 on Sunday (March 2), and the ensuing soirees, were a fashion feast for the senses, with high-wattage gowns swishing at every glam turn. But the men provided plenty of eye candy, as well, as they suited up in their sartorial best for the stylish super-event at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California followed by the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

Matthew McConaughey: The ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ Best Actor winner not only delivered a compelling acceptance speech, he also was convincingly decked out in a Dolce & Gabbana suit, Louboutin shoes and Chopard cufflinks. Always surprising us with his wild-card jackets, this one was a crispy ivory number, which he handsomely sported with a black vest, white button-down, black trousers and bowtie.

Bradley Cooper: Looking ever so dapper in a black Tom Ford tuxedo, paired with a black bow tie and Chopard cufflinks, the ‘American Hustle’ star and Best Supporting Actor nominee wore a side of handsome scruff with his classic ensemble

Pharrell Williams: Well, he wasn’t wearing the colossal hat, but the ‘Happy’ singer and nominee still turned heads with his cutoffs. The custom head-to-toe Lanvin look featured a black wool shawl-collar, one-button tuxedo with matching shorts, a white tuxedo shirt with ivory pearl buttons, a black satin bowtie and dark gray hand-polished calfskin derbies (sans socks, natch).  Yay or nay?

Models @ The Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2014

Chrissy Tiegen: The ‘Sports Illustrated’ model looked stunning once again wearing a Naeem Khan Fall 2014 black miyuki-beaded strapless sweetheart gown with satin skirt which she styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Mariah’ sandals.

Chanel Iman: Electric-blue and sequins? Chanel had me at hello in this show-stopping Zuhair Murad Fall 2013 Couture gown.

Poppy Delevingne: Someone needs to tell Poppy that dark decadence isn’t her thing. This Dolce & Gabbana gown would look outstanding on Monica Bellucci or Angelina Jolie, but I don’t buy this on Poppy. A rouge lip, red satin pointy pumps and a Jimmy Choo ‘Charlize’ clutch completed her look.

Lupita Nyong'o In Miu Miu - Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2014

Lupita Nyong’o arrived at the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar party on Sunday (March 2) in West Hollywood, California with her Oscar statue.

Wearing her second Miuccia Prada frock of the night, the Oscar-winner wore a Miu Miu seafoam green iridescent silk belted gown enhanced with green beaded fringe along the neckline.

Keeping the same headband from the main event, she styled her sassier party frock with matching Prada silk peep-toe sandals.

I loved the Prada fairytale gown which capped a fairytale ending for the talented actress, and this party frock was perfectly appropriate for this event too.
