Catherine Tyldesley In Nevena London - National Television Awards 2014

Catherine Tyldesley attended the 2014 National Television Awards held at the 02 Arena on Wednesday (January 22) in London.

The ‘Coronation Street’ actress took my breath-away wearing a Nevena London black gown with featuring a pretty lace bodice and sleeves.

Since I’m so used to seeing the actress’ character wearing cleavage baring, ill-fitted dresses, I couldn’t be more stunned by this transformation to glamorous, screen siren.

Go big or go home? She went big, and then some.

A sweeping updo and punchy pink lip rounded out her look.

Fearne Cotton In Notte by Marchesa - National Television Awards 2014

Fearne Cotton attended the 2014 National Television Awards held at the 02 Arena on Wednesday (January 22) in London.

The Radio presenter wore an exquisite Notte by Marchesa Spring 2014 white gown with a delicate embroidered cape detail which she matched with a silver glitter clutch.

At first I was put off by the red lip colour, but considering her complexion against the stark white dress, the bold lip probably saves her from looking washed out.

Are you having a case of déjà vu?

This gown instantly made me think of Jennifer Lopez’ 2011 Golden Globes Zuhair Murad gown.

Abbey Clancy In Philip Armstrong - National Television Awards 2014

Abbey Clancy looked vibrant on the red carpet of the National Television Awards 2014 held last night (January 22) at London’s O2 Arena.

Wearing an orange floor-length gown with thigh-high split by Philip Armstrong, Abbey brought a much needed pop of colour to the occasion.

With an incredible figure fresh from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and model-like pout, Abbey can pretty much pull anything off and this bright dress is a case in point.

There’s no doubting she looked great but I feel this figure-hugging, high-neck dress is a look I feel we’ve seen from Abbey before and considering the fact she can pretty much wear anything and make it look good, I really wish she’d chosen something much more trend-led and directional.

Overall, Abbey looks stunning and her glossy hair and smokey eyes were all she needed for this striking dress.

Rebecca Adlington In Amanda Wakeley - National Television Awards 2014

Olympic medal winner Rebecca Adlington looked stunning on the red carpet of the National Television Awards 2014 held yesterday (January 22) at the O2 in London.

With a fresh tan and super blonde locks, Rebecca looked absolutely radiant. And her flattering black Amanda Wakeley gown appeared to show off a slightly slimmed down figure for Rebecca.

The dress was faultless. With a sexy low-cut neckline and structured panelling, it was minimal and elegant and fitted perfectly.

Channelling her inner blonde bombshell, Rebecca’s strikingly glossy hair and high-shine red lipstick made her blue eyes pop.

The only down-side to this look is the clutch. A sleek and structured box clutch would have been so much more in-keeping with this sophisticated glamorous look.

Holly Willoughby In Suzanne Neville - National Television Awards 2014

Holly Willoughby attended the National Television Awards 2014 yesterday evening (January 22) held at London’s O2 Arena.

The TV presenter wore a strapless corseted floor-length gown by red carpet favourite Suzanne Neville for the occasion.

This floor-length style of dress is a tried and tested style and something I’ve seen many times.

While the sweetheart neckline frames Holly’s pretty face, I can’t help but notice the cut of the dress is really quite unflattering to her figure and most specifically, her arms.

Holly’s soft pink lip, cat eye flick and soft curls are an absolute winner, but the necklace and overall look is a little uninspiring.  Do you agree?
