2010 MuchMusic Video Awards

Here are the rest of the looks from the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards last night.

Actress Nina Dobrev looked gorgeous wearing a navy Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 beaded strapless mini dress which she paired with Brian Atwood Wagner pumps.

This dress looks 100% better on her as it’s just hanging off the model.

Kristin Cavallari wore a silver metallic mini halter-neck vintage Paco Rabanne dress with black Sergio Rossi heels.

Shenae Grimes channeled her inner wannabee rock chick for the night, opting for a sheer top, a leather pleated mini skirt by Amanda Lew Kee which she paired with a crucifix and an Eddie Bargo cone bracelet.

My favourite here would have to be Shenae for truly getting the spirit of the music awards ceremony by wearing something interesting and different.

2010 MuchMusic Video Awards – Jessica Szohr In Jenny Packham

Best Accessories Award
Jessica Szohr was one of the few actresses at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada last night.

She was my second favourite at this event wearing a sparkling Jenny Packham Fall 2010 dress.

Her sequin and beaded tangerine plunging neckline mini dress was paired with gold Christian Louboutin Romaine 140 platform sandals and a yellow Jimmy Choo Candy acrylic clutch.

I love that she wasn’t afraid to wear bright accessories with a colourful dress.

I love it when stars are this adventurous.

2010 MuchMusic Video Awards – Whitney Port In Moschino

Nice Dress, Shame About The Shoes Award
We haven’t seen Moschino worn by celebrities for a while, but on the red carpet at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards last night we saw our second look from the Spring 2010 collection within a week.

First Katy Perry on a photo shoot last week, now Whitney Port on the red carpet.

I love everything about this quirky colourful look.

It’s very Whitney who’s not afraid of clashing prints or bright colours, but I feel very let down by her very formal footwear.

They’re very first interview worthy, not so red carpet worthy unless you’re Katie Holmes.

2010 MuchMusic Video Awards – Ashley Greene In Isaac Mizrahi

Best Dressed Award
Even though she opted for black pumps – which actually work quite nicely with this look – Ashley Greene was my favourite on the red carpet at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards last night.

She could have followed the herd and worn a tight fitting LBD, a Herve Leger bandage dress or another typical designer for events like this but she opted for something different.

The “Twilight” actress wore sexy strapless Isaac Mizrahi Fall 2010 dress to add a bit of Uptown chic to the occasion.

The dress had 3 different colours and textures making this dress really interesting despite the fact that I’m not usually a fan of mixing metals.

I love her hair pulled back showing off her drop earrings and her gold studded clutch completes the look perfectly.

2010 MuchMusic Video Awards – Katy Perry In Ashish

Attention Seeker Award
The 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards took place in Toronoto, Canada last night with many stars walking the red carpet for the annual music event.

Katy Perry shocked the crowds arriving wearing a very daring Ashish one-shoulder dress from the Spring 2010 collection.

The sexy dress had cut out panels which ran down one side with large tie details.

This dress screams “I’m not wearing any underwear”, which is not surprising for Katy because she loves to wear attention grabbing looks on the red carpet.

I don’t hate this look.

Yes it’s very revealing, but she doesn’t look a total mess if you compare this look to her other looks on the red carpet recently.

The colour pops, I love her hair – for a refreshing change – and the nude shoes work.

20th Annual MuchMusic Video Awards

Many of you said that the CMT Music Awards was the worst dressed red carpet event this year. You will all change your minds when it comes to this event.

Never have I seen such a multiple pile up of car crash couture.

Not one person got it right. Not even Fergie and you can usually rely on her to get it right.

She wore a futuristic silver satin top which was cinched in at the waist with a sheer corset panel. A black skirt, Balenciaga heels and platinum jewels completed this look along with a very chunky bracelet.

For once I really dislike Kim Kardashian’s make-up. I know the nude/natural look is very on trend, but she looks washed out.

Kim has had so many hairstyles lately it’s hard to know if she’s cut her locks, pinned up her hair or is wearing a wig. I will always perfect her a with long dark hair. Anything else just isn’t Kim.

Her black and white strapless Nuj Novakhett Fall 2009 dress isn’t too bad, but she has looked much better in recent times.

Rumer Willis yet again gets it wrong wearing a black mini Elise Øverland dress with a lime green sequined zigzag pattern pair with Christian Louboutin Paquita gladiator sandals.

Hate is just a strong word, but I really hate this dress on her.

With her Gucci Iman heels Audrina Patridge wore a LBD by Alexander McQueen with sexy-cut outs.

This look might have worked if she’d worn a black bra under her dress.

I think this maxi dress really flatters Kelly Clarkson, but the print is reeking havoc on my eyes.
