Lady Gaga gave us two very interesting looks on stage at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards last night.
She collected one of her many awards wearing a custom-made Giorgio Armani gown.
The black leather bustier gown with a plunging neckline has a full skirt which took over the stage.
Another spiked hat completed the look.

Lady Gaga accepted her ‘Video of the Year Award’ from Cher wearing meat dress designed by Franc Fernandez.
It’s creepy and amazing at the same time, but I know what I won’t be eating today.

Here’s a round up of the rest of the stars who attended last nights 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
Sofia Vergara wore a black sequin shift Dolce & Gabanna dress with black pumps.
“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” actress Kirsten Prout was a cute white Tadashi Shoji Fall 2010 dress.
Her white pleated Georgette and lace one shoulder cocktail dress was paired with nude heels.
“The Hills” star Lauren Bosworth finally got into the spirit of the MTV Music Awards.
Usually she wears some Oscar worthy gown, but on this occasion she wore a Gabriela Cadena gold one-sleeved brocade dress.
The dress is great, but she lets her self down with the hair. It’s too cutesy for such a striking look.
Eva Pigford wore a sparkling Falguni and Shane Peacock dress which was perfect for the occasion.
Blue platform heels complete the look.

Miranda Cosgrove looked cute wearing a blue Elise Overland tiered dress which was lightly embellished.
Stephanie Pratt looked really beautiful in her embellished Nicole Miller maxi dress.
Lo opted for gold, but her former co-star Audrina Patridge opted for silver.
She wore a sparkly Isaac Mizrahi mini dress paired with a Judith Leiber belt and Giuseppe Zanotti for Balmain sandals.
Emma Stone looked sexy wearing a black leather Emilio Pucci dress.
She teamed her dress with a Bottega Veneta purple clutch and black Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Best Tribute Award
Everyone was waiting to see what Lady Gaga was going to wear at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards and she didn’t let us down.
I love that she continues to outdo herself.
The singer dominated the red carpet – literally – wearing an Alexander McQueen gown.
If you think you seen this gown before, it’s because GaGa wore it in her Vanity Fair editorial.

Her gown with a bejeweled collar was maximized with a tulle underlay to give it plenty of volume.
The singer also wore those impossible to walk in Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 armadillo heels.
If you were wondering why she was assisted down the red carpet by two people those heels answer that question.
As my mother always says, “Beauty is Pain.”
GaGa’s look was completed with a gold feathered Philip Tracey hat.
At this point I’m not sure we’re going to see the Alexander McQueen Fall 2010 collection on the red carpet.
If not Cate Blanchett nor Lady GaGa, who’s left to have that honour bestowed to them?

Should Have Worn The Tights Award
I love this Marchesa Fall 2010 dress which Katy Perry wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards tonight.
The sheer top part of her one-sleeve dress is embellished with black sequins which cascades onto her white layered skirt.
I think this is the perfect look for Katy. I don’t think many would’ve pulled it off, but I’m disappointed she didn’t go the whole hog and wear the tattoo print tights as well.
She would’ve totally worked don’t you agree?
Jimmy Choo heels completed her look.
