Camila Belle In Gucci – LACMA Art + Film Gala 2013

Camila Belle In Gucci - LACMA Art + Film Gala 2013

Camilla Belle attended the third annual LACMA Art + Film Gala held at LACMA in California yesterday evening honouring filmmaker Martin Scorsese and artist David Hockney.

The actress looked beautiful wearing a one-of-a-kind slate grey Gucci halter-neck gown featuring an embellished racer front and draped detail cascading down her back.

While the dress is stunning and the styling impeccable, the usually flawless star has been having some major issues in the hair department recently which hasn’t improved here.

I’m also not a fan of her two-shades-too-light-for-her-skin-tone makeup on this occasion.

Can you overlook the makeup?

Jennfier Morrison In Reem Acra – LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala

Anna Wintour wasn’t the only one who didn’t wear Gucci to the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala honoring Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick on Saturday evening in LA which was hosted by the Italian brand.
Jennifer Morrison opted to wear a Reem Acra Fall 2012 jumpsuit.

This Reem Acra look once again gives a master class on illusion panelling.

No zipper and no unsightly edges. How does she do it?

The only downside are that the pants are way too long.

Jennifer styled her look with a simple, yet chic ponytail (Cameron Diaz take note), gold earrings and a black clutch.

Anna Wintour In Rochas – LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala

Anna Wintour was the party pooper at the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala honouring Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick on Saturday evening in LA.

That’s because she opted not to follow the dress code, but this is nothing new.

The editor-in-chief of American Vogue, as always, made her own rules by wearing a Rochas Spring 2013 dress.

I adore this fiery red print, which is more suited to fall than spring, don’t you think?

Anna’s sleeveless dress with a gathered detail on the waist was perfectly in tune with her signature style, but I adore the strapless runway version and hope to see it on a red carpet too.

Deciding not to change a habit of a lifetime, she wore her favourite Manolo Blahnik kitten heels and her beaded neckline.

The only thing surprising here is the addition of a clutch, as she has a worse phobia of clutches than Jessica Chastain.

Salma Hayek In Gucci – LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala

Salma Hayek was the one person I was looking forward to seeing on the red carpet for the 2012 LACMA Art + Film Gala in LA on Saturday night which was hosted by Gucci.

The actress looked super chic wearing a midnight-blue Gucci one-of-a-kind gown.

When the Mexican actress wears Gucci she really comes into her element and shines on the red carpet.

Her one-shoulder gown, which gathers on the hip before cascading down the skirt, is enriched with crystal elements.

Black strappy sandals, a black Gucci clutch and diamond-and-sapphire drop earrings accessorized her look.

I love the bangs, her top-knot and smoky eyes.

She more than delivered at this event.

Amber Valletta In Gucci – LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala

Of all the stars to take to the red carpet for the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala honoring Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick on Saturday evening, Amber Valletta gave us the most dramatic look.

The supermodel wore a haltered look from Gucci’s Fall 2012 collection featuring a green floral print, a black velvet waistband and ruffles which cascaded down her back.

A slick back ‘do and bold red lips only added to the dramatic nature of this look.

Jennifer Meyer emerald double stick earrings and a black clutch provided the finishing touches.
