Selena Gomez In Gucci – 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Selena Gomez In Gucci - 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Selena Gomez attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles.

After not being so impressed with Kirsten Dunst’s offering, this is more like it.

The actress stunned wearing a Gucci one-of-a-kind pale-grey silk georgette floor-length dress intricately embroidered with small grey crystal chains, with twisted shoulder straps held by a black-diamond crystal brooch.

Some say that she often looks like a young girl playing dress up, yet for me this sultry gown couldn’t be more perfect for her, from the alluring silhouette to the colour which complements her caramel skin tone.

This is one of her best looks in a long while.

Kirsten Dunst attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles alongside boyfriend Garrett Hedlund.

The actress wore a Gucci Fall 2014 black silk crepe gown with a pointy collar and open-back detail, which she styled with a pair of black high-heeled crystal-encrusted Gucci sandals and a black clutch.

Despite her sophisticated choice being somewhat enlivened by her yellow-gold jewels and retro hairstyle, this failed to excite.

Camilla Belle attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles.

The actress, who has been a close friend of the brand, wore a look from the Gucci Cruise 2015 collection, selecting yet another pale-blue frock.

Her slinky, undeniably glamorous halter gown amplified by spectacular silver crystal-embellished tubular detailing and an open back was elegantly styled with a pair of metallic-silver leather Gucci sandals, a Gucci metallic-silver box clutch and Gucci jewels.

Camilla’s hair and makeup were just as flawless. Her attention to detail when it comes to styling is so inspiring.

Apart from her one tiny blip, this woman has been on a remarkable roll.

Amy Adams In Gucci – 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Amy Adams In Gucci - 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala

Gucci presented the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) fourth annual Art+Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles, which was co-chaired by LACMA Trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, with Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini as Gala Host Committee Chair. The evening honoured artist Barbara Kruger and filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.

There is no better way to start coverage of this event than with Amy Adams.

Having blown us away at the 2014 Oscars in her Gucci Premiere navy gown, it was blue again for the red-haired beauty on this occasion.

I love how her royal-blue Gucci Spring 2015 gown is crowned with shimmering antique beading and glass embroidery at the neckline and waist, which injects high-octane glamour into this classic silhouette.

Styled with a pair of black patent-leather heels, the sultry look was complete with glossy waves and glossier lips.

The boys also came out to play for the LACMA Art + Film Gala 2013 on Saturday evening and as you would expect, it was classic tuxedo’s all the way.

Michael B. Jordan: The actor wore a Gucci midnight blue peak lapel one button Signoria tuxedo with a white evening shirt, a navy satin bowtie and black leather laceups.

Sting: The British singer who performed at the event, donned a Gucci Fall 2013 black notch lapel wool Duke blazer with a contrasting velvet collar styled with a white dress shirt, black satin tie and black leather boots. The open top button keeps this look rock and roll.

Jake Gyllenhaal: In a sea of all black and midnight-blue, Jake stood out for me in his Gucci one of kind Marseille velvet shawl lapel one button midnight blue tuxedo styled with a white dress shirt, navy satin bowtie and black leather laceups. The velvet trims and a bowtie sealed the win.
