Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Runway Mash-Up Award
I love it when celebs mix things up and step out of the lookbook to make their own look.

That’s what Daisy Lowe did tonight at the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London.

The model opted to wear the knit Versace Spring 2011 crop top with the signature Greek key motif from Look 21 with the Versace Spring 2011 striped skirt from Look 11.

The runway heels would’ve really knocked this look out of the ballpark, but she opted for black pumps instead.

A turquoise clutch and Annoushka jewels completed the look.

Never Boring, Never Predictable Award
After not being Pixie Geldof’s biggest fan for such a long time, I have to admit I have developed a soft spot for her because I find her very entertaining on the red carpet.

She’s a loose cannon and she doesn’t follow the rules. She wears what she wants and wears it well in her own unqiue fashion.

That was very much the case at the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London tonight.

The TV presenter wore a House of Holland Fall 2011 button down shirt dress with a bird print and lace trims.

Her look was paired with plum Charlotte Olympia heels and a gold clutch.

Love the dress despite it looking a tad mumsy on Pixie, but still struggle to get on board with that hair.

Worst Dressed X Factor Winner Award
Alexandra Burke arrived at the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London this evening wearing a very summery dress.

The X Factor winner wore a D&G Spring 2011 maxi dress which I feel would’ve been more appropriate for a daytime event.

I may have been forced to like the look had she decided to belt her dress like the model, but even then I think it would still look like a tent on her.

The floral print is the same floral print of Elle Fanning’s MTV Movie Awards playsuit.

Best Dressed X Factor Semi-Finalist Award
I’ve always been a fan of Diana Vickers style.  She has a knack of making great choices on the red carpet.

She attended the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London tonight wearing a Tata Naka Fall 2011 dress.

You may remember that this collection had its red carpet debut thanks to Leona Lewis 2 week ago.

The white dress has the same scalloped details, but Diana’s dress has a heavenly floaty chiffon skirt overlay.

My only disappointment with this look is that the scalloped details on the bodice look a bit crushed.

A wavy side-swept ponytail, neutral make-up and nude pumps completed her pure angelic look.

Best Dressed Award
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was easily the Best Dressed at the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, because it was such a poorly dressed event.

The model/actress looked divine wearing a Stella McCartney Spring 2011 dress.

Her beige silk dress with slits on the sides and a pleated skirt was teamed with Tiffany jewels, a Ferragamo embellished box clutch, nude Louboutin’s pumps.

As always she just oozes effortless glamour.

Most Formulaic Award
Kristen Stewart attended the 2011 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London tonight wearing Balmain again.

Whilst I loved her Balmain dress at the MTV Movie Awards, I’m not even close to be impressed by this look.

Granted she must be jet-lagged, but I don’t feel like much thought or imagination went into this look.

It’s the same designer, another strapless mini and similar hairstyle.

I’m totally bored and disappointed by this formulaic look this to be honest.

Grey Giuseppe Zanotti suede peep-toes completed her look.
