Elle Fanning In Chanel Couture – Front Row @ Chanel Couture

Elle Fanning is one of my favourite teen stars on the red carpet.

The blonde actress stayed up way past her bedtime to sit front row at the Chanel Fall 2011 Couture presentation, which started around 10pm in Paris last night.

Whilst I’ve loved her in Valentino Couture, that love doesn’t flow to her wearing Chanel Couture.

Her Chanel Spring 2011 flatforms are frightfully ugly and do not complement her Chanel Spring 2009 Couture mini dress, which isn’t particularly flattering on her in the first place.

I hate to pigeon-hole Elle, but the best she’s looked this year was when she wore Marc Jacobs and D&G.

Daisy Lowe In Elie Saab @ Elie Saab Couture

I was totally floored when I saw Daisy Lowe glide into the Théâtre National de Chaillot for the Elie Saab Fall 2011 presentation earlier this afternoon.

I’m always struck by how beautiful she is and how much taller she is in real life.

She opted to wear a red Elie Saab Fall 2011 long sleeve gown with a thigh-high split.

I didn’t see her shoes until now. The pumps aren’t actually black, but a shimmering bronze/brown mix.

Some sexy strappy sandals would have rendered me unconscious, especially as she’s also carrying a Christian Louboutin leopard print clutch.

Diane Kruger In Chanel Couture – Front Row @ Chanel Couture

Diane Kruger is a Chanel front row regular, so it wasn’t a surprise to see her at the Chanel Fall 2011 Couture presentation in Paris last night.

She took her seat alongside beau Joshua Jackson wearing a Chanel Fall 2009 Couture dress.

The German actress gives Cate Blanchett a run for her money by looking exquisite in her white embellished dress with an asymmetrical hemline.

Everything about this look is classic Diane; effortless, unique, timeless, chic and BDOTW worthy.

Gold Sergio Rossi sandals, a loose updo, pink glossy lips and gold earrings completed her look.

It’s interesting how this Fall collection has also been worn by Karolina Kurkova for the royal wedding in Monaco.

Olivia Palermo In Zara – Front Row @ Stephane Rolland Couture

I recently asked you who wore this floral print Zara dress better?

Denise van Outen or Rebecca Ferguson?

Denise is currently winning, but would she be winning if Olivia Palermo was added to the mix?

Not for me.

Whilst I love that Olivia opted for purple, I would’ve preferred her to wear a daintier heel to her chosen Charlotte Olympia Paloma pumps.

The solid colour and satin sheen gives the heels a Fall feel which is in total contrast to her summery dress.

I’m also not a fan of the Lulu Frost necklace. Its totally lost against the print of her dress and in my opinion not necessary.

I do like the fun element added via her bag though.

The venue must have been over 100 degrees in temperature, so I admire Olivia for looking so cool under the extreme conditions.

Cate Blanchett In Armani Privé – Front Row @ Armani Privé

This morning I attended the Armani Privé Fall 2011 presentation in Paris.

It was first my opportunity to see Cate Blanchett up close, and she more than lived up to expectations.

Some celebrities can fail to live up to their status in real life, but the Queen was just as regal, poised, charming and totally captivating in real life.

The paparazzi went crazy as the Australian actress glided into the Théâtre National de Chaillot wearing an Armani Privé Spring 2011 red skirt suit with red organza cuffs.

Her look was slightly modified, as her version didn’t have the peplum detail we saw on the runway.

Cate’s look was accessorized with matching Armani Privé accessorize and fire stone earrings.

Olivia Palermo In Topshop – Front Row @ Giambattista Valli Couture

Olivia Palermo was a ray of sunshine whilst perched in front row at the Giambattista Valli Fall 2011 Couture presentation in Paris today.

The socialite opted to shine from head-to-toe pairing a sleeveless Topshop lemon chiffon dress with Giuseppe Zanotti gold lace up peep-toes.

The Queen of accessorizing added a beautiful tribal Mawi necklace, a tan braided belt and a Charlotte Olympia Pandora plexiglas clutch to her high-street dress.

Soft curls framed her gorgeous face whilst she opted for glossy pink lips to complete her look.

An early BDOTW contender for me.

I love her high-street choices.

This dress can be purchase from Topshop’s Edited collection at
Topshop US and Topshop International.
