Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda Fashion Show

A host of stars sat front row at the dazzling Dolce & Gabbana Alta Gioielleria runway show that featured top models like Naomi Campbell, Joan Smalls, Karen Elson, and Taylor Hill, with a charity auction hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Diane Kruger: Judging by your comments on Leona Lewis and Phoebe Waller-Bridge oversized silhouettes aren’t going down too well today. So I wonder how Diane’s Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2018 look will fare. I love how decadent this puff ball off-the-shoulder top feels. The look is so modern, oozing with star quality, but I wish the clutch wasn’t trying to steal focus.

Dakota Fanning: If you were in a room with 100 Dolce & Gabbana dresses,  you would pick this pink embellished number every time for Elle Fanning. It was practically made for her as it’s girlish in style and sweet by nature.

Front Row @ Dior Fall 2018

A rush of Dior darlings were in the front row of the Christian Dior Fall 2018 presentation during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday (March 27).

Cara Delevingne: We may be over and done with the ‘Christian Dior’ banded underwear underneath the sheer gowns. But, I could fully get behind the undies here, as this was Cara’s version of a power suit and she commanded it splendidly. The black and grey tweed jacket, Dior beret, Dior earrings and Dior boots—not to mention her toned midriff—only added to the strong, stylized impact.

Lottie Moss: This Dior look from Lottie offered its own edgy rebelliousness by virtue of the black leather skirt that featured hand-painted embroidery, worn over a silk jumpsuit and styled with Dior ‘Naughtily-D’ cage boots. A Dior clutch rounded out the ensemble.

Front Row @ Miu Miu Fall 2018

The Miu Miu Fall 2018 show was held on Tuesday (March 6) during Paris Fashion Week, with a front row of stylish stars in attendance.

Rowan Blanchard: The starlet completely had me charmed in her darling, bow-accented frock. The whole look from top to toe worked for her, partly by virtue of her youth, which allowed her to likewise pull off the embellished sandals, coral eye shadow, and choker.

Rami Malek: Who knew a mauve suit could look so hip. I like the inner-facing racing stripes for a twist on the sporty standard.

Rachel Brosnahan: There was a sweet, vintage sensibility to this multi-colour polka-cot, ruched frock and its bow-topped shoulders. Rachel fully embraced the spirit, too, with her headband and coral-pink lip, finishing the look with the familiar, quirky Miu Miu platforms.

Front Row @ Chanel Fall 2018

Chanel darlings would not be missed on the front row, where the house’s designer Karl Lagerfeld envisioned an autumnal, leaf-dotted setting for the Fall 2018 presentation during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (March 6).

Keira Knightley: This colourful tweed dress would have been far more successful with a bit more waist-defining shape to defeat the tent-like notions. It was also in desperate need of a sleeker hairstyle.

Liu Wen: The model owned this chunky sweater and wide-leg trousers combo despite the exaggerated proportions of both the top and bottom pieces.

Lily Allen: Speaking of oversized silhouettes, these embellished pants were the main attraction of Lily’s look, so I do like how she kept it simple up top with the black T-shirt. Her classic handbag and the hair ribbon tied around her pastel-pink updo added a sweet girlishness to the look.

Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Fall 2018

Nicolas Ghesquière debuted his latest offering for the Louis Vuitton Fall 2018 collection during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (March 6), with a number of the designer devotees in attendance.

Sienna Miller: After attending the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party this past Sunday, Sienna was back on the fashion front row here. Her casual look was full of ’70s, boho charm with the ruffled top and high-waist, cropped denim—topped off with a ladylike finish in her stacked pumps and black-and-white handbag—although I can see some questioning the stark contrast of hues against her outfit.

Jennifer Connelly: I know there was an intentional long and languid aesthetic to these separates, but between the sleeves and the hem, both seemed just a bit too droopy.

Emma Stone: As the latest brand ambassador—also fresh from the Oscars—Emma represented the LV label more successfully here in this paisley frock. I like the unexpected twist to the girlish offering with the peplum jacket, and the additional edginess delivered via the over-the-knee boots.
