After a decade in Milan, British designer Christopher Bailey moved the Burberry Prorsum Menswear show back to home turf, as he sent a set of best-dressed boys down the Spring 2014 runway today at Kensington Gardens in London, England. An eclectic group was seated front row, with many rocking their own interpretations of the brand.
Douglas Booth: The young English actor turned on his boyish charm with this casual Burberry ensemble, as he rolled up the sleeves of his denim-blue blazer. The floral-print, cerulean-blue shirt echoed some of the bolder hues seen on the runway, but his dark, baggy pants and unpolished black lace-up shoes brought down the look a bit.
Serena Williams: The tennis ace simultaneously flaunted and covered her curves in top-to-toe Burberry, donning a hot fuchsia body-con minidress mixed with a classic stone-coloured trench. She styled the look with animal-print, calfskin T-bar sandals and a tote bag, covered in black hearts. A pulled-back ‘do, rather than her super-long locks, may have delivered a more polished effect.
Tinie Tempah: The British rapper also got in touch with his animal instincts with a Burberry giraffe-print, black-and-white shirt worn with the brand’s black cropped leg pants and shiny patent shoes. The bold black frames on his glasses added another dose of cool factor to his standout entrance.
