Viola Davis In Zac Posen – 2015 Oscars

Viola Davis In Zac Posen - 2015 Oscars

Viola Davis looked radiant on the red carpet on Sunday (February 22) at the 2015 Oscars, hosted at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre.

Viola, the star of ‘How to Get Away with Murder’ and a presenter for the Oscars, wore Zac Posen Resort 2015.

The actress was stunning in a pearl-hued gown fit for a star, and she looked just the part. A glamorous ballgown silhouette with darting details and cascading layers of fabric looked so regal. The off-the-shoulder neckline was matched perfectly with her Van Cleef & Arpels ‘Valadon’ choker dripping of pearls.

Viola finished her look with a silvery clutch and a deep berry lip.

Solange Knowles In Christian Siriano – 2015 Oscars

Solange Knowles In Christian Siriano - 2015 Oscars

Solange Knowles attended the 2015 Oscars, hosted at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (February 22) in Hollywood, California.

The songstress skipped the gown in favour of a Christian Siriano Fall 2015 pants-style ensemble, completed by an overlaying turtleneck cape.

The design emphasizes an oversized, draped aesthetic that features a flood of fabric, but it’s the vibrant, coral-red hue that really caught my eye.

The voluminous, wavy locks Solange has been rocking of late echoed the more capacious lines of the look, whilst her bold lip was clearly selected in homage to its colour.

Lorelei Linklater attended the 2015 Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday (February 22).

The ‘Boyhood’ actress wore a Gabriela Cadena gown with Asian-inspired embroidered detailing and asymmetrical lines.

The star of the award-season darling film has been making some bold fashion statements throughout her time on the red carpet these past few months, and this is no exception. It’s youthful and fun and fits her gothic personality in a perfectly Oscar-apropos way.

Jimmy Choo shoes and Lorraine Schwartz ensure Lorelei is having a truly Oscar-worthy night, while long, loose waves, a matte red lip and kohl-rimmed eyes are edgy and pretty.

Octavia Spencer In Tadashi Shoji – 2015 Oscars

Octavia Spencer In Tadashi Shoji - 2015 Oscars

Octavia Spencer was back on the red carpet at the 2015 Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday (February 22).

There will perhaps be no utters of surprise that the actress wore her favoured designer, Tadashi Shoji, for the evening’s festivities.

After a rare misstep in the designer-star pairing, the duo was back on firm footing with this custom creation in a glorious shade of mint green.

She style the off-the-shoulder, draped and embellished design simply and beautifully with diamond-encrusted earrings, a tonal Judith Leiber clutch and a sleek updo.

Emma Stone In Elie Saab Couture – 2015 Oscars

Emma Stone in Elie Saab Couture 2015 oscars

Emma Stone hit the red carpet of the 2015 Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday (February 22).

The Best Supporting Actress wore a custom long-sleeved Elie Saab Couture gown with illusion detailing, an open-back and chartreuse beading.

Christian Louboutin ‘Gardnera’ sandals in the same unique shade are the perfect complement to the gown.

Emma loves risks on the red carpet, and while this gown doesn’t belong deep in the risk category, it is a unique color that perhaps some stars would shy away from, but she wears is flawlessly.

Her wavy bob pulled to one side and deeply pigmented coral matte lips are also perhaps slightly unexpected for a complete look that is a delightfully fun turn on the red carpet.
