Emmy Rossum In Donna Karan – 2012 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Emmy Rossum looked radiant at the 2012 Critics’ Choice Television Awards, held in Beverly Hills on Monday night.

The ‘Shameless’ star, nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series, wore a gold one-shouldered Donna Karan gown.

I absolutely love this shimmering metallic against Emmy’s fair skin and brunette hair.

A matching clutch and gold Louboutin’s, as well as topaz drop earrings, accessorize the gown.

Emmy tweeted a bit of insight regarding her side-swept ‘do before hitting the red carpet.

“My friend @therachelleigh told me to do a side twisty thing so I did. #criticschoice”

A bright pink pout completes the dramatic head-to-toe golden look.

Zooey Deschanel In Andrew Gn – 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Zooey Deschanel also attended the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards which was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California yesterday.

The actress wore an Andrew Gn white short sleeve shift dress with black trims.

Since I started this blog in 2007 Zooey has always worn tights on the red carpet.

She is the only star I will give a pass to on tights, even during summer.

It’s her trademark and I’ve learnt to deal with it, plus she does look really cute here.

She recently said in a blog post, “I am a year round tights girl. I will wear tights even if it’s 100 degrees outside. Tights are my safety blanket.”

A Marni signature frame cotton crochet bag with yellow beads completed her look.

Jayma Mays In Elise Overland – 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

I absolutely adored Jayma Mays look at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards, which was held in LA today.

The “Glee” actress stood out wearing an Elise Overland printed strapless dress.

I love the mix of colours which perfectly coordinates well with her Ann Taylor fold-over peach clutch.

As much as I love this look, I wish the clutch and her Jimmy Choo ‘Eros’ platform pumps were better matched colourwise.

I guess Jayma wanted her dress to be the main focus of this look, which it is.

Courteney Cox In Lanvin – 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Courteney Cox joined her ‘Cougar Town’ co-star Busy Philipps at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards which took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California today.

The comedic actress continues to take time out from wearing her favoured head-to-toe black, to wear this Lanvin python-print silk dress.

Her brown and cream python-print silk dress was worn with a waist defining light-grey grosgrain belt and black strappy sandals.

Pink lippie completed her look.

Cat Deeley In Dolce & Gabbana – 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Cat Deeley was also at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards which took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California today.

The British TV host opted to wear a Dolce & Gabbana lace shift dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

Her LWD has been modified from the runway, as it’s shorter and appears to have a lot less fluidity than the version presented on the runway.

I’m glad she picked a Dolce LWD look which we haven’t seen on the red carpet before. I was beginning to think only one dress had gone into production.

I love the dress on Cat as she has the body and legs for it, but I’m uninspired by her brown Zara sandals.

Busy Philipps In Juan Carlos Obando – 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards

Busy Philipps attended the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards which took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel, California today.

The “Cougar Town” actress looked beautiful wearing a Juan Carlos Obando Spring 2011 dress as she collected the ‘Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series award.’

I love her deep blue dyed sleeveless dress with a flounced hem. It’s a sexy vibrant look for her which totally suits her personality.

She accessorized with wooden sandals with a black ribbon ankle tie designed by George Esquivel for Juan Carlos Obando, and mint green Irene Neuwirth jewels.

A side sweeping plait and glossy coral lips completed her award winning look.
