Skyler Samuels In Giamba – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Skyler Samuels looked ravishing in red at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California.

The ‘Scream Queens’ actress wore a Giamba Fall 2017 gown.

The lacework is magnificent, especially with the way the fringed shoulders echo the leaf motif in the fabric.

The eye belt detail is what makes the look truly special as it added an unexpected surrealist touch.

Her soft waves and star hair accessories brought out the embellishment and imbued a vintage romance.

Kate Bosworth In Brock Collection – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Kate Bosworth was joined by husband Michael Polish on the red carpet for the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California.

The actress wore a Pre-Fall 2018 look from her go-to brand Brock Collection.

I love how the vintage feel imbued by the lace, is brought right up to date with that sculptural ruffle.

This look perfectly represents Kate’s style as its oozing with feminine flare.

Piaget jewels and a velvet Tyler Ellis ‘Lily’ clutch completed this stunning look.

Gal Gadot In Prada – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Gal Gadot attended the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11), where she dedicated her ‘See Her’ award to victims of sexual harassment.

The special trophy aims to recognize the importance of accurately portraying women across the entertainment landscape, which was presented to her by ‘Wonder Woman’ director Patty Jenkins.

Gal left a lasting impression wearing a Prada floor-length gown with shimmering metallic finish.

I love how the embellished waist detail gives this look a edge, while still oozing plenty of sensual femininity.

Colour has been her go-to this awards season, however, on this occasion she opted to make a high-shine statement.

Nicole Kidman In Valentino – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Nicole Kidman looked radiant on the red carpet for the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California, where she was awarded Best Actress in a Movie Made for TV or a Limited Series for ‘Big Little Lies’.

The actress gave us a sneak peek at the upcoming Valentino Fall 2018 collection wearing this hot pink creation by Pierpaolo Piccioli.

I love the sense of romance which is enhanced by the delicate ruffles and the semi-sheer fabrication, but it the unexpected bold colour which really captivated me.

Natalia Dyer In Erdem – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Natalie Dyer was one of the presenters for the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California.

Erdem’s romantic view of fashion and love for floral prints is beautifully celebrated Spring 2018 ‘Hael’ dress.

I don’t miss the tulle underskirt we saw on the runway, as I prefer Natalia’s more modern approach.

I would imagine some would want to pare-down the look with simple black sandals, so I love how Natalie’s opted to complement the waist detail and neckline with Sophia Webster ‘Lilico’ embellished sandals.

Narcisa Pheres diamond earrings and an Anabela Chan orion emerald ring completed the look.

Jessica Chastain In Vionnet – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Jessica Chastain attended the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California, as a Best Actress nominee.

Now, there has been an air of discontent when it comes to Jessica’s red carpet style of late, with many believing that she can do so much better.

Bold colours is what her red carpet style was built on, so I was delighted to see her wearing this Vionnet Spring 2018 emerald green halter gown.

The mood is effortless and carefree. I sense that she really loved the gown.

My feeling is that some will take issue with the keyhole, but she looks radiant to me.

Red hair and a green dress has always been a winning formula.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Harmony’ sandals and Piaget jewels completed her look.

Elisabeth Moss In Erdem – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Elisabeth Moss took home the Best Actress in a Drama Series for ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California.

I know many of you are longing for Elisabeth Moss’ 2014 red carpet form to come back to the forefront, and when I look at this Erdem Pre-Fall 2018 dress I have to agree with you.

My problem with this look is that it feels a bit drab, which surprises me considering it’s. a. Erdem, b. it’s semi-sheer and c. it’s decked out with embellishments.

Styled with Irene Neuwirth jewels, Christian Louboutin ‘Decoltish’ velvet pumps and Tyler Ellis ‘Perry’ clutch, this reads too mature before her time.
