Carrie Underwood’s Eleven Looks From The 2012 CMA Awards

Carrie Underwood had a very busy night co-hosting the 2012 CMA Awards with Brad Paisley at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, last night.

There were 11 looks in total, not counting her Reem Acra red carpet look.

First up the singer wore a Jovani nude fully embellished cocktail dress. Dazzling Jacob & Co. earrings and equally bedazzling Fabi strappy sandals accessorized her look.

I loved her navy Sally LaPointe Fall 2012 peplum dress with a cut-out waist. This isn’t a look we usually see on Carrie; I love the dress but I’m not sure I would’ve styled it with that silver Amrapali statement necklace. The dress is making a loud enough statement on its own. She opted for silver metallic Jerome C. Rousseau sandals for this look.

I’m not sure Carrie needed her Katerina Maxine earrings with this Jenny Packham Spring 2012 dress which already had such a beautiful beaded and embellished bib. What do you think? Silver ankle-strap Gio Diev ‘Palma’ sandals and a Graziela cocktail ring accessorized this look. Read more…

Lucy Hale In Moschino – 2012 CMA Awards

Lucy Hale attended the 46th Annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, yesterday evening.

For those of you wondering why the ‘Pretty Little Liars’ actress was at this event, the Memphis, Tennessee native recently signed a record deal with Hollywood Records. Her country single and album is due out in 2013, so we could see her performing at this event next year.

The young actress wore a Moschino Resort 2012 gown.

Her white lace cowl-neck gown with an open back sparkles with black sequins for a dramatic flare.

I love how grown-up Lucy looks, whilst looking age appropriate and not too mature.

Lucy’s elegant gown was styled with a black satin Kotur clutch and onyx Nikki Baker earrings.

Her raven locks were curled and swept to one side with a hot-red lip colour providing the finishing touch.

Miranda Lambert In Maria Lucia Hohan – 2012 CMA Awards

It was Miranda Lambert’s night at the 46th Annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, yesterday evening, as she took home the gongs for ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ and ‘Song of the Year’ with husband Blake Shelton for their hit, ‘Over You’.

The award-winning singer wore a Maria Lucia Hohan blush gown for the occasion.

I love the colour, but I feel like the gown isn’t very supportive for someone so well endowed. Which I think explains why her posture is so bad in many of the pictures.

A voluminous updo and emerald-and-gold Sutra earrings completed her look.

Kellie Pickler In Pamella Roland – 2012 CMA Awards

Kellie Pickler showcased a shorter hairstyle than we are used to seeing from the country singer when she took to the red carpet at the 46th Annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, last night.

The buzz cut happened live on ‘Good Morning America’ last month as a show of solidarity for her childhood friend Summer Holt Miller who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

Kellie sparkled wearing an ice-blue Pamella Roland Fall 2012 gown with Tacori jewelry.

Her strapless gown featured a beaded bodice and a flowing satin skirt with a long train.

Shimmering copper eye shadow highlighted her eyes while a glossy nude lip colour provided the finishing touches.

Hayden Panettiere In Georges Chakra Couture – 2012 CMA Awards

Hayden Panettiere has become quite a regular at country music events, so I wasn’t surprised to see her at the 46th Annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, last night.

The actress wore a Georges Chakra Spring 2012 Couture mini dress.

Her light-green ‘Charleston’ beaded dress featured lines of fringed pearls draped on her back and her skirt for a 20s flapper vibe.

I love her accessories; they include satin green T-bar Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, a crystallized blue-and-green clutch and a L’Dezen Jewellery bracelet.

A side-swept bun and glossy nude lips completed her look.
