Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Suki Waterhouse In Burberry Prorsum - British Fashion Awards 2013

Suki Waterhouse slinked onto the red carpet at the 2013 British Fashion Awards, hosted Monday night at the London Coliseum in England.

The British model-actress was lovely in a light lilac Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 lace, cap-sleeve gown, which she wore with heels from the design house. Although the neckline may have been a bit sheer around the edges, she pulled off the plunge without too much unnecessary distraction.

Adding some sharper spirit to all that pastel and lace, she bolstered the look with a pendant Noor Fares necklace and geometric Noor Fares earrings, along with a grey Smythson box clutch.

A lavender-hued cat-eye and a just-bitten, glossy lip completed her sultry-sweet appearance.

Alexa Chung In Stella McCartney - British Fashion Awards 2013

Alexa Chung took to the red carpet at the 2013 British Fashion Awards, hosted on Monday evening at the London Coliseum in England.

The British starlet perhaps unsurprisingly skipped the gown, instead staying true to her style personality in a short frock; a pale ballet-pink Stella McCartney Fall 2013 embroidered number. The strapless, sweetheart neckline was outlined with blazer-like lapels, which inserted a structured edge to this super-short mini dress.

She grounded the look with a bold pair of black Burberry ankle-strap wedge heels and a black-and-white checquered clutch, further offsetting the daintiness.

While she expectedly skipped the jewels, the girly tone came back in force with her pretty makeup—the rose-red lacquered lip was the main attraction—and soft waves.

Should Alexa have rocked a more formal gown, or do you approve of her leggy entrance?

Rita Ora’s second look sadly wasn’t captured properly at the 2012 British Fashion Awards – she wore a gorgeous white McQ Alexander McQueen Fall 2012 tulle floral tea-length dress while performing.

Her third look, by Stella McCartney, was captured in the press room.

She styled her white sweater and wide-legged pants with a silver hologram clutch and matching wedges from the Resort 2013 collection.

Keeping the necklace from her red carpet look, on this occasion she was back to her signature red lippie.

She told me that the key element to her look is fun – whether it’s a sexy Roberto Cavalli suit, or a quirky House of Holland dress, she wants to project that she’s having fun with fashion.

In the press room Stella McCartney joked, “I love what you are wearing…who designed it?”

Fashion-wise it was a great night for Rita Ora.

Rising singing sensation, Delilah, joined a host of celebs on the red carpet at the Savoy Hotel in London last night for the 2012 British Fashion Awards.

She wore possibly the most elaborate frock on the night, wearing a gown by the designer of the moment, Julien Macdonald.

The long-sleeve fully-embellished gown with a plunging illusion neckline and netted skirt with feather embellishments seems to overwhelm her.

I think someone much taller and less well-endowed was needed to pull off this gown.
