Qin Hao In Prada – 3rd Beijing International Film Festival

Even with his beautiful companion by his side dressed in all white, Qin Hao caught my attention at the Beijing International Film Festival held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China yesterday evening.

The handsome actor wore a Prada Spring 2013 ensemble.

His dual-colour burgundy-and-white shirt and pants were styled with a navy overcoat and navy-and-burgundy Prada shoes.

It would’ve been interesting to see the full runway look on the red carpet, but I think I prefer the way Qin Hao has styled the look, adding navy into the mix and making the look his own.

Chi-ling Lin In Valentino – 3rd Beijing International Film Festival

Andy Lau and Chi-ling Lin were quite the handsome couple arriving at the closing ceremony of the 3rd Beijing International Film Festival, held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China, dressed in black.

Chi-ling is breathtaking wearing a Valentino black jumpsuit.

Featuring a plunging neckline and single pleated detail the look is very simple, so her beauty and effortless styling is selling this look to me.

Zhou Dong Yu In Giambattista Valli Couture – 3rd Beijing International Film Festival

Zhou Dong Yu attended the closing ceremony of the 3rd Beijing International Film Festival held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China yesterday evening.

She stunned wearing a Giambattista Valli Spring 2013 Couture dress.

You can’t help but be enchanted by this breathtaking sunshine-yellow dress with a layered skirt, intricate tonal embellishments and embroidered details – even those of you who dislike rise-and-fall hemlines.

The actress styled her look with Rupert Sanderson off-white pumps, a purple Olympia Le-Tan clutch and Pomellato jewels.

This is a BDOTW contender for me. Do you agree?

Tong Liya In Valentino – 3rd Beijing International Film Festival

Tong Liya was escorted down the red carpet by her handsome guest at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China yesterday evening, where they attended the closing ceremony of the 3rd Beijing International Film Festival.

While I am getting a distinct feeling of déjà vu when I see Liya in this Valentino Spring 2013 gown, that doesn’t stop me from being head over heels in love with this gorgeous ornate sheer tulle gown.

Her long-sleeved, buttoned-cuff, belted look features a contrast rounded collar, a contrast beaded-and-embroidered bib with tonal trim, and intricate beaded-and-embroidered embellishments throughout.

A pink lip colour, swept updo, beige Casadei pumps and complementary jewels completed her heavenly look.

Shu Qi In Tory Burch – Sands Macao One Year Anniversary Celebration

Since we were first introduced to Shu Qi during the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, we have been captivated by her effortless style and beauty.

Last Thursday, the Asian beauty attended the Sands Macao one-year-anniversary celebrations in Macau, China.

She looked divine, wearing a Tory Burch Spring 2013 gown.

Complementing the gold backdrop, she opted to keep the styling of her yellow embroidered dress with a sheer honeycomb embroidered organza overlay and a side slit to a minimum, with a silver bracelet and side-swept waves.

Her overall look is much more visually pleasing compared to the over-accessorized runway look.

Pace Wu In Roland Mouret – Design Group Spring/Summer 2013 Fashion Show

Pace Wu attended the Design Group Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show in Taipei, Taiwan on Tuesday.

The Taiwanese actress and model wore a Roland Mouret Spring 2013 cocktail dress.

Her striking ‘Verdink’ dress, with a central slit, pleated structural folds and a bond bodice, has the same neckline as Jennifer Lawrence’s Vanity Fair event dress, Jessica Chastain’s BAFTA gown and my Roland Mouret Oscars gown, so this is bringing back some sweet memories for me.

Pace could have nullified the look with standard nude pumps, but on this occasion she matched its fiery hue with red Gianvito Rossi pumps with a PVC finish.

A red manicure, silver jewels and brunette waves cascading down her back completed her look.
