Kylie Minogue In Juan Carlos Obando - amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala

Kylie Minogue attended the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France this evening (May 22).

The Australian actress/singer hasn’t been wearing her favoured Italian brands as much during this festival, which has been quite surprising.

On this occasion she wore a champagne satin Juan Carlos Obando Spring 2014 dress featuring a plunging neckline and wrap detail around the skirt.

Opting for neutral makeup yet managing not to look washed out, Kylie styled her look with gold jewels and a side-swept curl mane.

I love this gown on Kylie. Sticking to her favourite brands often means her style is stuck on repeat, so this is very refreshing.

Michelle Rodriguez In Elisabetta Franchi - amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala

Michelle Rodriguez attended the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France this evening (May 22).

The actress wore a black beaded cross-strap Elisabetta Franchi body-hugging gown styled with a simple ponytail and red lippie.

This is a great look for Michelle. Her hit rate is improving.

Rosario Dawson In Vionnet - amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala

Rosario Dawson attended the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France this evening (May 22).

For the second time during this festival, a celeb has come second to Naomie Harris.

This navy-blue Vionnet Spring 2014 cap-sleeved gown featuring a netted V-panel was worn by Naomie during the ‘Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom’ premiere in Paris back in December.

Aside from this being a tad snug on Rosario, I found myself rolling my eyes not only at yet another re-run, but also the styling.

A fringed shoulder bag? with that dress? and those shoulders? really?

Kelly Preston In Oliver Tolentino Couture - amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala

Kelly Preston was joined by husband John Travolta on the red carpet for the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France this evening (May 22).

The actress stunned in a bright red Oliver Tolentino Couture corded lace-embroidered gown with an Avakian diamond necklace and matching bracelet.

The jewellery is slight overkill, but perfectly in tune with the glamour of the event.

I am not at all fond of the white clutch, but the look is gorgeous nonetheless.

Riley Keough In Louis Vuitton - amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala

Riley Keough attended the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France this evening (May 22).

Continuing to march to the beat of her own drum, it would appear that the actress has an aversion to gowns like Jessica Chastain does to clutches.

On this occasion she donned a Louis Vuitton look consisting of an ivory satin long-sleeved top and black and ivory embroidered flared skirt.

While I do like the look, I’m also feeling like it’s a bit too twee for Riley.

This would’ve looked super cute on Chloe Moretz, but on Riley it leaves me torn.

She finished the look with Louis Vuitton accessories, including those black patent boots they farm out with each look, and the Louis Vuitton clutch that has been carried by many celebrities wearing Louis Vuitton recently.
