Red Carpet Fashion Awards

From the previous polls I think it’s clear that Sarah Jessica Parker gets your vote for Best Dressed when to comes to the SATC2 premiere’s, so vote on which looks you loved from each of the ladies.

Kristen wins overall for me.

Before the “Sex And The City 2″ Japan Premiere, there was a photocall with the fab 4 in Tokyo.

Cynthia Nixon opted for a black fitted dress with matching black pumps, whilst Kristin Davis wore a Giambattista Valli red knot dress.

It’s not vintage but she still look fabulous, as she pairs her red dress with snake skin pumps.

A pre-bob Kim Cattrall wore a floral print dress accented with a gold belt.

All eyes were on Sarah Jessica Parker wearing a vintage Richelene navy sequin strapless dress.

She toned down the dazzle of her dress by pairing it with a white Alexander McQuee blazer with a blue trim, electric blue satin Ferragamo pumps and the gold Alexander McQueen clutch she carried to the Japan Premiere.

Love the look, but adore that necklace.

Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon also attended the “Sex And The City 2″ Japan Premiere in Tokyo today.

Kristin continues to explore the wonderful archived collections at the Decades boutique.

This time she opted for a yellow taffeta Jean Patou Haute Couture dress by Christian Lacroix paired with a Judith Leiber clutch.

According to the Decades website this gorgeous dress was made by Christian Lacroix for Jean Patou’s Spring 1987 Couture collection. The collection was never produced because Lacroix left Patou to start his own line.

I love discovering the history behind a dress, which is why Decades is so addictive as many of you have recently come to realize.

Cynthia’s final hoorah for the SATC2 premieres was in Calvin Klein, which I think was fitting as she’s been loyal to the brand for so long.

Her black strapless dress by the minimalist brand had a twist with an asymmetrical hem and gathered details.

Thank god she got rid of those extensions as they weren’t doing her any favours.

Her look was paired with a black clutch and black ankle strap heels with a silver platform.

I’m sad the premiere’s are over, but the girls really did themselves proud.

I loved all the looks.

Kim Cattrall sported a new haircut at the “Sex And The City 2″ Japan Premiere in Tokyo today.

She had been giving us the old Hollywood sexy siren look for the last 2 premiere’s, so I guess she decided to spice things up a little bit.

The blonde actress opted for another gold Naeem Khan gown.

This time she picked a look from the Fall 2010 collection with a rise and fall hem which rises higher than the runway version.

You may remember she wore Naeem Khan to the SATC2 New York premiere.

Her look was paired with gold heels and a much better suited three tier perspex, pearl and crystal Ranjana Khan necklace, which I prefer to the necklace on the runway.

Yet another fabulous look.

The “Sex And The City 2″ Japan Premiere has just kicked off in Tokyo, Japan.

Sarah Jessica Parker looked very Carrie-esqe wearing a Vivienne Westwood Fall 2010 floral dress.

Those who read my blog regularly will know that I adore the voluminous skirt, as I’m not a fan of deflated looks from the runway.

The scoop-neck dress is accented with a gold Raven Kauffman Couture belt which complements her gold Alexander McQueen skull clasp clutch.

Nude Charlotte Olympia pumps and stunning necklace completes the look.

I’ve always been a fan of SJP’s hair in a high bun (again very Carrie-esqe).

This was so different from what I was expecting, but I absolutely love it.
