Eva Green For InStyle UK June 2012

Eva Green appears on the cover for InStyle UK’s June 2012 issue which was shot by Rankin.

The feature is titled ‘White Mischief’ as the ‘Dark Shadows’ actress donned a selection of all white and gold looks by Gucci, Givenchy and Tom Ford.

In her interview she shares that her favourite designers are Alexander McQueen, Tom Ford, Christian Dior and Antonio Berardi.

I remember that when Eva first burst onto the scene, she was always wearing Dior Couture.

Let’s hope the promo tour for this movie brings out some breathtaking – preferably non-all-black – red-carpet moments from the French actress.

The magazine is on sale now. Click here for a look behind the scenes from the shoot.

Pixie Lott For InStyle UK January 2010

InStyle UK’s cover girl for January 2010 is Pixie Lott.

Those of you outside the UK may not have heard of Pixie Lott.

She’s an 18 years old singer who’s as well known for her catchy tunes, as her love for  hot pants, messy hair, smoky eyes and lots of accessories.

We’re jealous that she always manages to wear those hot pants so well, without looking trashy.

In her editorial she wears the same Stella McCartney jumpsuit worn by Stella and Victoria Beckham, but there are no hot pants in sight.

In her interview she discusses her style, her reported crush on Russell Brand, and not having much to draw on when it comes to love songs.

On making it in the industry: “The X Factor’s great for people like Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke because they start with a massive fan base. But I think it’s better to work your way up. If you get somewhere, you feel like you’ve really done the hard work to get there.”

Vanessa Hudgens For InStyle UK July 2009

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens, shows us she’s all grown-up in the latest edition of InStyle UK July 2009.

Ben Watts shot her cover, in which the star appears to be waving the flag for her country wearing a navy blue blazer, a white tank top, and hot red shorts.

In the issue, the 20 year old talks to Marshall Heyman about her bohemian fashion sense – hence all those maxi dress – her voice and her boyfriend Zac Efron.

On her parents never wanting her to become an actress: “All the rejection is tough and discouraging. It’s a dog eat dog world, and who would want to subject their girl to that world? But it was just something that I loved much.”

On High School Musical: “It served a major purpose in my life. It gave me a high-school experience – the opportunity to make those friends and have my first prom and graduation. It really was a blessing.”

Cate Blanchett For InStyle Australia June 2009

The stunning Cate Blanchett has been gone from the red carpet for a while, but she has never been forgotten.

Which is why with nothing to promote, she still graces the cover of the Australian InStyle June 2009 edition, which was shot by David Gubert.

On the cover Cate glows in a black embellished Louis Vuitton dress, but it’s the black Armani Privé look below that has me yearning for Cate’s swift return to the red carpet.

In the interview Cate shares that she’s enjoying plenty of family time these days, as she and her husband Andrew Upton have moved back to their native Australia from London with their three boys Ignatius, 1, Roman, 5, and Dashiell, 7, in order to take on joint directorship of the Sydney Theatre Company.

Here are some extracts from her interview with Juliet Rieden:

On dressing for the red carpet: “I love dressing up for the red carpet. It’s got to be fun, otherwise you’re just wasting your time. It’s not everyday you get to wear couture, so I do relish the chance to dress up.”

Leighton Meester For InStyle US March 2009

Leighton Meester is featured inside the pages of InStyle’s US March 2009 edition.

I don’t know about you, but I really dislike the make-up in this shoot.

All the looks are gorgeous and have a happy spring vibe to them, then that’s countered with a sullen looking Leighton.

In the video below, the Gossip Girl actress talks dresses, designers and fashion inspirations, which include her mum and Blair Waldorf herself.
