Jennifer Aniston For Harper’s Bazaar US September 2010

No one will be surprised to see Jennifer Aniston on a September cover.

I’m not exactly sure what her count is, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we are now in double figures.

The actress graces 2 covers of the Harper’s Bazaar US September 2010 issue (left is the subscribers cover).

If your first thought was Barbara Streisand is on the cover of the black and white picture you’d be half right, as Jennifer’s editorial was inspired by the iconic actress.

What I obviously love about this editorial is that Jennifer is waaaayy out of her comfort-zone.

Congrats to the Harper’s Bazaar team and photographer Mark Seliger for daring to show us a different side to Jennifer.

From the hair, to the clothes and overall styling I love everything about this editorial, because if I’d seen one picture of Jen with her flowing hair on a beach I would’ve lost it.

On the black and white cover she wears Derek Lam, but the rest of her editorial she’s playful in Giambattista Valli, dainty in Dior, sultry in Donna Karan and golden in Gianfranco Ferré.

Marion Cotillard smolders wearing Lanvin on the cover of the August 2010 edition of Harper’s Bazaar UK.

In her 5 page editorial which was shot by Cedric Buchet, Marion exudes effortless chic wearing Dior, Lanvin and Dolce & Gabbana.

The Dior muse and French film star talks about her thrilling new film, working with Leonardo DiCaprio in “Inception” as his love interest, the power of dreams and facing her fears.

Vanessa Paradis For Harper’s Bazaar UK July 2010

French singer, actress and Chanel muse is the cover star for Harper’s Bazaar UK’s July 2010 issue.

In an exclusive interview she reveals that she didn’t ‘tame’ wild-child Johnny Depp.

The 37-year-old Parisian smoulders in a rare ten-page photo-shoot shot by Cerdic Buchet wearing only Chanel Haute Couture – of course.

The full interview appears in the July issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK which is on sale Monday June 7, but here are some extracts from her interview.

On being in the spotlight at such an early age: “After “Joe Le Taxi”, people seemed to think, “Oh my God! This 14-year-old is so ambitious, she must have parents pushing their little child like a puppet.” But it was more than that. Cheryl Cole For Harper’s Bazaar UK June 2010

With her tousled hair and dramatic dark eye make-up Cheryl Cole appears on the cover of the Harper’s Bazaar June 2010 issue.

Alexi Lubomirski shot Cheryl wearing designs by Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry and Karl Lagerfeld across seven pages of the magazine.

In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video below the singer describes the magazine as an ‘iconic brand’ and says what an honour it was to appear on the cover, despite the fact she dislikes being pampered and photographed.

She also goes onto say that her favourite brands are Alice + Olivia and Herve Leger which is no surprise considering we often see her sporting both brands.

Gwyneth Paltrow In Harper’s Bazaar US May 2010

Gwyneth Paltrow graces the cover of the May 2010 American Harper’s Bazaar issue.

The Couture editorial was shot by Alexi Lubomirski.

We see her wearing the same Givenchy Couture dress Ciara wore to the Grammy Awards, plus Armani Privé, Valentino, Christian Dior and Chanel.

In her interview Gwynie talks about juggling work, being a mummy and why she’s been on a steady diet of fried chicken and booze.

On her work on Iron Man: “Iron Man was heaven. The kids could come every day. They had their mini Jeep that they drove around the parking lot in front of my trailer. Jennifer Aniston For Harper’s Bazaar UK May 2010

The golden girl of Hollywood rom-com Jennifer Aniston appears on the May 2010 cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK.

Jennifer talks botox, girl-power and her self-confessed re-birth. She also reveals a more mysterious side to the girl we think we all know.

I love the editorial which was shot by Alexi Lubomirski.

It features a glowing Jennifer soaking up the rays wearing Missoni dress on the cover and a Fendi lingerie inspired ensemble in her editorial.

For some reason Morocco springs to mind when I look at these beautiful pictures. It’s the combination of the eye squinting hazy sun shine and those printed rugs.
