Zendaya Coleman In Michael Kors – Good Morning America

Zendaya Coleman In Michael Kors - Good Morning America

Zendaya Coleman made a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ on Wednesday (April 22) in New York City.

The actress donned a black and nutmeg Michael Kors wrap shirt and skirt from the Spring 2015 Collection, bringing heritage appeal to her chic, contemporary daytime look.

White pumps were the best option here, as black would’ve weighed down the look.

Freida Pinto In Monique Lhuillier – Women In World Summit

Freida Pinto In Monique Lhuillier - Women In World Summit

Freida Pinto attended the Women In World Summit at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, on Wednesday (April 22) in New York City.

Making light work of smart summer dressing, the actress wore a white Monique Lhuillier suit, which was sleek in design and meticulously tailored.

I like how the tapered pants give her a lengthening effect and the black J Brand cami adds a feminine touch.

White suits always make a strong statement, as you have to be supremely confident to wear a white suit.

Harper by Harper’s Bazaar Launch Party

Harper by Harper's Bazaar Launch Party
The ‘harper by Harper’s BAZAAR’ launch party at Violet Grey with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley on Tuesday (April 21) in Los Angeles, California celebrated the latest issue of the magazine geared to the young, stylish reader.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: As cover girl and guest editor of the latest magazine issue, Rosie played host in an Alessandra Rich Spring 2015 gown. Yet I cannot say this is what I would have expected the model to wear for the occasion. Firmly planted in the ’80s, the era which strongly inspired the designer’s spring collection, the Dynasty-esque dress does benefit from a more elegantly sleek, streamlined silhouette. And I’m glad she skipped the lookbook’s belt. I believe it’s the bow that gives me most pause. Yay or nay?

Kiernan Shipka: From the ’80s to a couple more decades back, the starlet was also in a retro mood with her red Valentino collared, mini frock. Simple and charming.

Jaimie Alexander: Taking a sexier route as she is sometimes wont to do, Jamie wore a Mugler Spring 2015 leggy ensemble with cutouts, styled with Tamara Mellon shoes and an updo.

Bella Thorne In Mugler & Emporio Armani – 2015 Shorty Awards & MTV 2015 Upfront Presentation

Bella Thorne In Mugler & Emporio Armani - 2015 Shorty Awards & MTV 2015 Upfront Presentation
Bella Thorne debuted two different looks in as many days for the 2015 Shorty Awards and the MTV 2015 Upfront Presentation, both in New York City, this week.

2015 Shorty Awards
: First up, the starlet was at the awards presentation at TheTimesCenter on Monday (April 20) where she wore a Mugler forest-green dress, which is a beautiful colour to set her flame-red locks on fire. The come-hither allure of cutouts at the front and low back was sultry yet also sophisticatedly balanced by a clutch and embellished Jimmy Choo pumps in tonal shades to create a streamlined effect.

MTV 2015 Upfront Presentation: For the MTV event on Tuesday (April 21), she showed her stripes in an Emporio Armani Spring 2015 cropped top and trouser that featured a more tailored, mannish silhouette than her previous entrance. She carried off this bold, cool-girl move with ease. The secret was in the restrained styling with relaxed long waves and white sandals all that were needed to complete those stripes.

Chloe Sevigny In Rodarte – 2015 Morbid Anatomy Museum Gala

Chloe Sevigny In Rodarte - 2015 Morbid Anatomy Museum Gala
Chloë Sevigny was back on the scene at the 2015 Morbid Anatomy Museum gala on Tuesday (April 21) in New York City.

Rather befitting to the event, the actress selected a Rodarte Spring 2015 dress styled with the same gladiator-inspired, webbed shoes seen on the runway.

Inspired by aquatic themes, the frock’s netted overlay and collection of trinket embroideries inspired a somewhat macabre mood, especially when styled with a gothic red lip and slicked-back hair.

The patchwork craftsiness of this design was never a favourite of mine, although marginal improvement could have come with Chloë’s styling, including the removal of the choker necklace and a less morose beauty approach.

That said, I suppose the look fits the bill for any event with ‘morbid anatomy’ in its name.
