Heidi Klum In Zuhair Murad Couture – 2018 amfAR Gala New York

I wasn’t surprised to see Heidi Klum on the red carpet for the 2018 amfAR Gala New York on Wednesday (February 7).

The ‘Project Runway’ host looked stunning in Zuhair Murad; donning a sculptural masterpiece with an explosion of colourful beads from the designers Spring 2017 Couture collection.

This is the high-end elegance, with a touch of sex appeal, we expect from Heidi. Lord knows those sheer options she gravitates to are beyond tired at this point.

With slickk back hair and Lorraine Schwartz sapphire earrings adding to the dramatic effect, this is easily her best look of 2018.

If you are having a case of deja vu, that’s because Fan Bingbing wore this same gown last year.

Holly Hunter In Zuhair Murad – HBO’s ‘Here And Now’ LA Premiere

Holly Hunter attended the LA premiere of HBO’s ‘Here And Now’ on Monday (February 5).

This Zuhair Murad Spring 2018 suit may not be the first thing that springs to mind when you think of the couturier known for his extravagant confections and scintillating embellishment.

However, this ready-to-wear ensemble was right in line with Holly’s no muss, no fuss style.

And, there is no question that it was a beautiful rendition of a suit, what with its sharp, polished lines, feminine peplum-inspired waist, and decorative belt contributing such a sense of subtle elegance.

2018 DGA Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2018 DGA Awards didn’t just see Sally Hawkins, Greta Gerwig, and Saoirse Ronan in attendance. Many more stars were on the red carpet on Saturday (February 3) in Beverly Hills, California.

Kyra Sedgwick: I believe the updo is partly to blame for the more matronly tones of this Zuhair Murad Spring 2018 fringed gown styled with Chopard jewels.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw: This Oscar de la Renta gown was a refreshing ode to modern elegance. I love how the deceptively simple silhouette radiated with subtle glimmering embellishment before giving way to a celebration of dégradé fringe below.

Allison Janney: Statuesque as always, Allison was striking in this J Mendel gown styled with Ara Vartanian earrings, a Sylva & Cie ring, a Jimmy Choo clutch, and matching red Stuart Weitzman heels. The dimensional lace bodice offered a romantic counterpoint to the sleekness of the skirt.

Rita Ora In Zuhair Murad Couture – Grammy Salute To Industry Icons Honoring Jay-Z

Rita Ora joined Cassie Ventura and Jennifer Hudson for Clive Davis’ annual GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons which honored Jay-Z on Saturday (January 27) in New York City.

I found Rita’s Zuhair Murad Fall 2017 Couture dress to be enchanting and exciting, especially with the way she styled the dress sans the black belt which I feel made the silhouette all the more sensual.

Shimmying with every move while adopting a whimsical mood, this fringed and feathered frock styled with a beautiful feathered headpiece, Lorraine Schwartz jewels plus sexy strappy sandals, is one of my favourite Rita Ora looks to date.

Leslie Mann In Zuhair Mura – 2018 SAG Awards

Leslie Mann walked the red carpet of the 2018 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 21).

A presenter at the show, Leslie wore a gown from the Zuhair Murad Resort 2018 collection.

As usual, I simply love Leslie Mann and what she brings to the red carpet table. The drape of this gown was absolutely divine as Leslie walked on the carpet and presented on the stage. The print is quite unique and largely editorial, but it doesn’t lose its way on the red carpet, but rather comes to life all the more in this setting.

Ever-so-simple hair and a blue smokey eye are red carpet beauty done right.

Rachel Brosnahan In Zuhair Murad – 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards

Rachel Brosnahan made a graceful entrance at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) in Santa Monica, California.

The Best Actress in a Comedy Series winner donned a Zuhair Murad Resort 2018 dress which was brimming with delicate embellishment.

The intricate detailing and pastel colour were in keeping with the designer’s aesthetic, but the sleek ankle-length silhouette was a surprise.

The fitted shape actually gave the detail work an armor-like quality which could have been enhanced further if she kept the silver belt from the lookbook.

It’s a shame that the colour didn’t enliven her complexion as the look has lost some of its magic.

More successful were the Nicholas Kirkwood ‘Penelope Pearl’ sandals which played up the romance.

Messika jewels completed her look.
