Catherine Zeta Jones In Zuhair Murad – MIPCOM Opening Party

Catherine Zeta-Jones attended the MIPCOM Opening party on Monday (October 16) in Cannes, France.

The Welsh actress wore a Zuhair Murad Resort 2018 black gown; dramatic in its floor-sweeping length, semi-sheerness and sequins adding some polished glamour.

This feels very sultry and daring for Catherine – I know many will object to seeing her underwear – yet she still maintains a high level of elegance to me.

ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration Red Carpet Roundup

From ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California, we’ve seen the likes of Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence. Here is a roundup of the rest of the gorgeous actresses who were in attendance.

Jessica Chastain: The vinyl Fashion Week trend didn’t go down too well with the majority, but Jessica put her graceful spin on the trend in Calvin Klein which is the most glamorous interpretation I’ve seen yet.

Margot Robbie: After a colourful week promoting ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’, Margot opted for the simple elegance of Calvin Klein. I adore the sensuality of this look, plus the embellished sandals.

Zoe Lister-Jones: The Chinese influence of her gorgeous McQ Alexander McQueen floral dress is there for all to see. It’s the complementary styling of Irene Neuwirth and blue suede shoes which really perfected the look.

Ciara In Zuhair Murad – One Voice: Somos Live! A Concert For Disaster Relief

Ciara was one of the many celebrities who supported the ‘One Voice: Somos Live!’ A Concert For Disaster Relief event on Saturday (October 14) in Los Angeles.

I normally think of Ciara wearing dark, glamorous colours so I enjoyed this lighter ensemble. The singer dressed up a white T-shirt and ripped jeans with a Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2017 kimono jacket. The contrasting hot pink cuffs and extra-long tassels added more zip to the pale pink pattern, but I’m afraid they couldn’t distract from her too-long hem.

Had the statement jacket been shorter, it would have showed off the Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Darcie’ sandals better.

Still, she and Russell Wilson were quite the dashing couple with he opting for a blue jacket, slim black pants and double buckle Monk-strap shoes.

Gabrielle Union In Zuhair Murad – 2017 Emmy Awards

Gabrielle Union was also at the 2017 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 17) in LA.

The epitome of full-on glamour, she donned a Zuhair Murad Resort 2018 semi-sheer gown.

Elegance with an edge, the dress capitalized on the designer’s penchant for intricate lace embroidery and embellishment, which I have a feeling was even more impressive in person.

A sparkling Buccellati diamond collar necklace and additional jewels only increased the drama several times over.

Halle Berry In Zuhair Murad – ‘Kings’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Halle Berry is one of those celebs I would file in the “frustratingly inconsistent pile”, but she was firing on all cylinders for the ‘Kings’ premiere during the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival on Wednesday (September 13).

Opulent floral lace and embroideries raise the glamour quotient of this Zuhair Murad Fall 2017 jumpsuit.

It’s so good to see her back to her sexy best, even if my first thought was I wish the trousers were half an inch shorter.

With her trademark pixie making way for a high braided ponytail, she completed her look with Borgioni cognac diamond hoop earrings and Joelle diamond rings.

Jessica Chastain In Zuhair Murad – ‘Woman Walks Ahead’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Jessica Chastain was in great spirits as she premiered her latest film, ‘Woman Walks Ahead’ during the Toronto Film Festival on Sunday (September 10).

And walk tall she did, in Zuhair Murad.

There was a period during the early part of the year where we -I feel I’m speaking for the majority- were a bit underwhelmed by a few of Jessica’s look.

When I saw this striking red beaded Resort 2018 tulle slipgown I said, “this is the Jessia I know and love.”

She was oozing glamour of the highest order, with plenty of sparkle, complementary ruby jewels and a red pout to roundout the supereme elegance of the look.

This was my perhaps my favourite dress from an event heavy weekend, where we’ve covered over 100 red carpet looks.
