Who’s That Girl? Betty Bachz

She’s been making waves this summer with her cheekily spirited, sassy-sophisticated style, creating a name for herself—perhaps even before many knew her official name—everywhere from parties to world premieres.

Most assuredly, though, Betty Bachz, model and Moy Atelier co-founder, is a fashion force to be reckoned with. Here, a glimpse into her glam-forward looks that inspired us most recently.

Warner Music Group And British GQ Summer Party: The feminine, nonconformist edge of a Vivienne Westwood look was fully embraced here with this plaid, patchwork jumpsuit that didn’t take itself too seriously—especially not with its I.O.U. belt. Camilla Elphick shoes, Venyx by Eugenie Niarchos jewels, and a Tales Of Thread bag completed the ensemble that made for a perfectly unconventional statement for a stylish summer party.

‘Dunkirk’ World Premiere
: I always love seeing someone embrace the fantasy and whimsy of fashion, and that’s exactly what Betty did with this Yanina Couture gown. It wasn’t only at the height of black-tie elegance but also didn’t take itself too seriously with the tutu-clad dancers masquerading within her pouf sleeves. David Morris jewels only heightened the old Hollywood glamour of this entrance.

Emporio Armani You Fragrance Launch: Glamour took another form in this Marco de Vincenzo metallic dress that brought a rebellious spirit to its Asian robe-like influence. A sense of capricious, fun was appropriately balanced with her Sophia Webster ‘Baby’ bag coupled with the sleek finish of Sophia Webster heels and Mawi jewels.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

In addition to Sophie Turner and Rose Leslie, there were a number of other stars in attendance at the ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 premiere on Wednesday (July 12) in LA.

Maisie Williams: The starlet channeled mature allure in a Milly slip dress that stood out for its luscious green hue, which she reflected in her eye makeup. By styling the look with black accessories along with Maria Black jewelry, she added a tougher edge.

Kit Harington: Handsome as ever, Kit wore a monochromatic Dolce & Gabbana ensemble that had no chance of being one-note with the decoratively embossed blazer, contrast lapels, and slippers that gave the look a regal, off-duty flair.

Nathalie Emmanuel: Nathalie took the opportunity to walk a more progressive line with this Vivienne Westwood dress that was not only recognizable in the designer’s signature silhouette but also for having abstracted visions of her face printed across it. I love her choice of red lip and silver Sophia Webster ‘Lilico’ embellished shoes as they provided a bold finish without overcooking the oddity of the frock.

Dove Cameron In Vivienne Westwood – ‘Descendants 2’ LA Premiere

Like Sofia Carson, Dove Cameron was also wearing a Vivienne Westwood design at the premiere of ‘Descendants 2’ in LA on Tuesday (July 11).

However, it was much different from Sofia’s gilded gown. Rather, Dove’s dress was an amalgamation of patterned layers that presented themselves a bit haphazardly—especially with the unevenly tied bow at the waist.

Despite the look’s uneven aesthetic, I found it a more intriguing and modern statement on Dove that provided a different view of relaxed glamour.

Neil Lane jewels and Paul Andrew shoes added some polish to finish the ensemble.

What do you make of it—disheveled or directional?

Sofia Carson In Vivienne Westwood – ‘Descendants 2’ LA Premiere

Sofia Carson was shining brightly at the premiere of ‘Descendants 2’ on Tuesday (July 11).

The young actress certainly broke the Disney princess mould when she took to the red carpet wearing this Vivienne Westwood Fall 2017 gold frock.

While I like the unexpectedness of it all, the look feels kinda dated.

I would’ve loved something more modern from her. I feel like she pulled this from Eartha Kitt or Diana Ross’s closet.

Rita Ora In Vivienne Westwood Couture – Cartier London Event

Rita Ora was spotted making her way home from a Cartier event held in London on Monday (July 10), where she performed for assembled guests.

Opting for Cartier red, the singer looked ravishing wearing a sensual corseted Vivienne Westwood Couture piece with an eye-popping neckline.

This is why I will never tired of Westwood’s designs; it’s like the brand has discovered how to reinvent the wheel, especially under the stewardship of Andreas Kronthaler.

“Where are her Cartier jewels?” I hear you say.

Judging by Rita’s instagram she was decked out with exceptional pieces from their High Jewellery collection, but clearly handed them back at the end of the night.

Kim Kardashian In Vivienne Westwood – KKW Beauty Launch

Kim Kardashian celebrated the launch of KKW Beauty on Tuesday (June 20) in LA with beauty press and influencers.

Looking pristine in a white off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood summery dress, the reality star kept it simple and chic.

The barely there strappy sandals and wet-look waves felt effortless. I particularly liked the inspired addition of a simple gold necklace.

Of course, the pared back look showed off Kim’s makeup to full effect, which is what everyone was there to see, with a nude lip, shimmery eyeshadow and mascara finishing off this natural look.

As much as I love the look, this felt like a shorter version of her Met Gala look.

2017 Tony Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The glamour of the 2017 Tony Awards red carpet continued with a number of stars of stage and screen, who all converged in New York City on Sunday evening (June 11).

Denée Benton: The darling ingénue was dressed in an equally charming Oscar de la Renta Resort 2018 frock that turned over a chic new leaf with its whimsical flutter of embellished foliage. Styled with Oscar de la Renta ‘Romy’ sandals and Fred Leighton jewelry, the look was at the height of fresh sophistication and just so happened to coordinate with the rose and grass wall behind her. Such a stylish coincidence.

Condola Rashad: Making a dynamic entrance, Condola’s Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood Spring 2017 dress had the signature sculpted bodice and silhouette we’d expect. The impactful addition of the bold metallic and orange paneling, plus her sleek long ponytail, created a strong, modern look.

Patina Miller: Outfitting her baby bump in bright fuchsia pink, Patina wore a Roland Mouret that was precision fitted and formed to her, as we’d expect from the designer. A silver Judith Leiber clutch and Graziela Gems completed the look.
