Joanne Froggatt joined ‘Downton Abbey ‘ co-star Michelle Dockery for the Audi celebration of Emmys Week 2014 at Cecconi’s Restaurant on Thursday (August 21) in Los Angeles, California.

The blonde actress kept it dressy casual wearing a Victoria, Victoria Beckham Fall 2014 black satin and crepe long-sleeved dress adorned with jewelled insects.

Opting for accessories in green and blue hues to complement the embellishments, she styled her look with Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps and an Salvatore Ferragamo octagonal clutch.

Jenna Coleman In Peekaboo Vintage, Victoria, Victoria Beckham & Christian Dior – ‘Doctor Who’ Promo Tour

Jenna Coleman In Peekaboo Vintage, Victoria, Victoria Beckham & Christian Dior - 'Doctor Who' Promo Tour

Jenna Coleman has attended several events to promote Season 8 of ‘Doctor Who’ recently.

London Photocall: For the London photocall held at the BFI Southbank on Thursday (August 7) in London, England, she selected a monochrome ultra-fem frock from Peekaboo Vintage, which she styled with Manolo Blahnik ‘Chaos’ black sandals. The look is so elegant and charming. She always looks so poised.

Sydney Photocall: While promoting the series down under on Tuesday (August 12), the actress opted for a more youthful look wearing a Victoria, Victoria Beckham two-tone crepe long-sleeved 60s-inspired frock from the Fall 2014 collection. Tailored to perfection, it’s the finer detailing that elevates this style – take note of the pleat detail at the cuff and the exposed centre seam.

Kerry Washington In Victoria, Victoria Beckham – Saturday Night Live

Kerry Washington In Victoria, Victoria Beckham - Saturday Night Live

Kerry Washington was the guest host of ‘Saturday Night Live’ this weekend, and she wasted no time helping to poke fun at the diversity issue on the sketch comedy programme, playing several famous women including Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey.

Following her promo tour for ‘Scandal’, we found ourselves in unfamiliar territory – disliking her looks; but following the announcement of her pregnancy last week everything fell into place.

Now, Kerry is in a position to celebrate her bump rather than hiding it so she’s back on track, showcasing her maternity style wearing a sweet Victoria, Victoria Beckham Spring 2014 long-sleeved patterned frock with a flared pleated skirt.

I love the raspberry lip colour here. It’s not only complementary to her dress, but also enhances her radiant glow.

2014 is going to be a very interesting time for maternity style, with two of our favourite stars, Olivia and Kerry, working the red carpet with their baby bumps.

Victoria Beckham Presents Her Spring 2014 Collections

VB Spring 2014

Victoria Beckham invited digital journalists to have a private viewing of her Spring 2014 Victoria Beckham and Victoria, Victoria Beckham collections, which was hosted at the British Embassy in Paris, France on Friday.

Vogue.co.uk, WWD, Susie Bubble, Rumi from Fashion Toast and myself were just a few of those invited. It was almost like getting the golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s factory.

The collections, including the commercial pieces, were displayed around two rooms in the luxurious venue, which we browsed prior to Victoria’s arrival while drinks and canapés were served.

When the lady of the hour arrived I suddenly became really nervous, which is common around celebs, but I need not have been so shy because, despite what you may believe, Victoria is very approachable and engaging and was genuinely interested in our publications; her passion and excitement for fashion was very evident.

The first question I asked her was about the Victoria, Victoria Beckham Spring 2014 dress which received such mixed comments from you guys, and she said that the lavender silk-cloque dress – which was developed in-house – was her favourite from that collection. After not having much sleep following the show and a round of press appointments, she loved how comfortable the dress felt.

On her Victoria, Victoria Beckham Spring 2014 dress: “It is something very different for me. I was excited to wear it, turned up to work, didn’t really think much about it, should have paid a bit more attention and done my hair, but I didn’t. It’s great to wear fitted clothes, but it’s not all about fitted clothes. I felt very sexy wearing that dress and it was really quite big. I like how it feels quite romantic; I felt very free”.

On the Victoria Beckham woman, and who wears her dresses: “I love women. We really need to support each other and stick together. I went to a wedding in LA the other day and three women were wearing my dresses and that is very exciting. I love how women feel sexy, beautiful, empowered. Of course it is exciting to see celebrities on the red carpet but any women are great. The fact that they have chosen to wear me is a big deal. I am not complacent about it”.

On her online presence: “I can reach my customers quicker (reference to Twitter). My website is doing phenomenally well. What I love about that is that I do a lot of the filming myself and create a lot of the content myself and people can see the brand through my eyes. I am about to start selling ready-to-wear online as well. I didn’t want to do it right at the beginning because I really wanted to understand my customer before I could make my edit of ready-to-wear with all the other collections”.

On the pressures of designing: “I’m not trying to compete with anyone else out there; I’m just trying to compete with myself from the season before. I feel really content, proud, happy and fired up and ready to go for my next collection”.

On her next steps: “I landed back on Friday after the show; my kids were at school, so I went to the studio and started working on the pre-collection. For me, I have a lot of big dreams; there is a lot I still want to do and I’m very hands on with every element of my business, and I want to do more at the right time and not rush anything, take baby steps to create something which hopefully will be around for a long time, and to create something very important fashion-wise. It’s not just about selling loads of clothes, which the collection happens to be selling phenomenally well; I want to be relevant every season fashion-wise, not just clothes: the hair, the makeup, the venue”.

On expanding her collection to shoes: “I would love to, when the time is right. But at the moment I have my hands full with the collections, which are growing so quickly sell-through is phenomenal. We are adding new retail partners each season. I’ve just started doing pre-collection as well, which has doubled the workload, so when the time is right, for sure”.

Victoria Beckham In Victoria, Victoria Beckham – Out In New York City

Victoria Beckham In Victoria, Victoria Beckham - Out In New York City 2

The Victoria, Victoria Beckham Spring 2014 presentation took place yesterday morning, NY time, so Victoria waited a hot minute before showcasing her favourite look on the streets of Manhattan yesterday afternoon.

I find myself being very intrigued by the shape of this dress. It doesn’t feature the traditional VB signatures, which are usually more streamlined and fitted; this is both voluminous and oversized.

I adore this in every possible way, mostly because it comes as a huge shocker, but also the texture and colour.

With regards to the collection, this was easily my favourite VVB collection since the birth of the brand. I can actually see myself purchasing several pieces, especially the pleated frocks.

Unlike Mrs Beckham, we will have to wait several months to get our hands on it.
