Jada Pinkett-Smith In Versace – ‘Men In Black 3’ Madrid Premiere

All eyes were on Jada Pinkett Smith as she accompanied her husband Will Smith to the ‘Men in Black 3’ Madrid premiere in Spain on Sunday.

For a plus one, Jada is having an amazing promo tour.

On this occasion she rocked sexy Versace Spring 2012 frock.

Her one-strap lime-green cocktail dress, which is decorated with gold studs, also has a chiffon draping on the side.

Jada paired her flirty dress with Irene Neuwirth drop earrings, gold bangles and gold Jimmy Choo ‘Greta’ platform sandals.

You may remember that Elizabeth Banks wore the black version of Jada’s dress earlier this year.

Lady Gaga In Versace – Narita International Airport

Lady Gaga arrived in Tokyo yesterday for her ‘Born This Way World’ Tour.

The singer, who recently wore an Atelier Versace gown for an airport arrival, settled this time for a ready-to-wear look.

She donned a Versace Fall 2012 chic black leather trench coat with a full pleated skirt covered entirely in Swarovski crystals.

Platforms aside, I love the look, even with the multi-coloured My Little Pony-esque ponytail.

Gaga’s tour is going to be a fashion festival, as she and her dancers will wear a number of custom-made Versace costumes.

Tulisa Contostavlos In Versace – FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World Party

Tulisa Contostavlos attended a party to celebrate FHM’s annual poll of the ‘100 Sexiest Women in the World’ at Proud Bank in London, England last night.

The X Factor UK judge wore a Versace Spring 2012 dress.

This sexy Versace scuba-jersey dress with gold studded embellishments, leather trims and plissé-jersey panels didn’t need that cheap looking oversized gold envelope clutch.

I would’ve spent my time complaining about how her hairstyle is too cutesy for this sexy dress, but the clutch is so distracting.

You may remember that Elizabeth Banks worked the hell out of this look back in January. Now there’s a woman who knows how to wear a Versace dress.

Beyonce Knowles In Versace

Beyonce Knowles and Blue Ivy Carter hit the street of Manhattan in New York City yesterday sporting colourful prints.

Blue Ivy wore a Lauren Moshi tribal scarf, whilst Beyonce wore a Versace venetian print silk shirt.

The shirt, with signature medusa motif gold buttons was teamed with black shorts and black loafers.

Beyonce accessorized with The Row for Linda Farrow round sunglasses, a black Eugenia Kim hat and a statement ring.

Since Beyonce became a mother, it would appear that she’s developed a healthy love of exotic prints.

Anna Wintour In Versace – ‘Evita’ Opening Night

Here are a few words I never thought I would hear myself say: Anna Wintour in Versace.

The American Vogue editor-in-chief with a love for all things Prada, Chanel and Marni donned a look from the Versace Fall 2012 collection whilst stepping out to the ‘Evita’ opening night at the Marquis Theater in New York City.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe this is a Versace first. Well, at least in my blogging lifetime.

If it weren’t for her trademark Manolos, sunglasses and bob, I don’t think I would’ve believed that Wintour was wearing Versace.

Her cross macramé long-sleeve sheath dress with a high neckline was accented with a beaded necklace.

This was really a night for firsts, because I can’t recall ever seeing Anna carrying a clutch either. She usually makes do with just her Blackberry.

Is Anna revamping her style?

We will have to wait and see.

Scarlett Johansson In Versace – ‘The Avengers’ LA Premiere

Scarlett Johansson took the first step to regaining her red carpet mojo at the LA premiere for ‘The Avengers’ in Hollywood, California last night.

The blonde beauty looked sensational wearing a Versace Fall 2012 dress.

I guess you were expecting me to instantly dislike this black frock. Not the case on this occasion as Scarjo plays homage to her ‘Black Widow’ character, plus this Versace number is far from dull with the sexy silhouette, peplum detail at the waist and moon-shaped bodice.

Her look had a touch of sparkle thanks to Van Cleef & Arpels and she further accessorized her look with black Giuseppe Zanotti strappy sandals.

The fresh-faced actress completed her look with nude lips and a wavy updo.

Looking chic and sophisticated doesn’t have to mean boring. I’m glad ScarJo has finally received that memo.

Versace Fall 2012

The start of the Versace Fall 2012 presentation had a very gothic feel as it opened with black, black and more black looks on models with barely-there eyebrows and blunt cut bangs which made me instantly think of one person: Rooney Mara.

Byzantine cross embroidery adorned most of the pieces which included velvet coats, halter dresses, strapless dresses, turtlenecks and leather-panelled pencil skirts.

Peplums accented the models’ hips much like they did in the Atelier Versace Spring 2012 presentation. These seductive pieces were presented alongside leather fitted dresses with studded details and corsets paired with pencil skirts.

From the dark and mysterious we moved onto colourful mini dresses emblazoned with the Versace logo in bold, graphic lettering. Some may call these pieces tacky, but they were a fun addition to a collection steeped in the spirit of Versace.

The mood instantly changed the second the evening wear was presented.

Jennifer Lopez, Amber Heard and Beyonce Knowles will be fighting over the jaw-dropping chain-linked silver-disc gown which says “Hello bombshell,” whilst Blake Lively and Elizabeth Banks will love the shorter, edgier dresses with cut-out details.

The exciting thing about the presentation is that these pieces have a place on every red carpet from the Grammys, to the Oscars, to Cannes, to premieres and photocalls.

For Spring, Ashley Greene was the first to don a look.

I wonder who will receive that honour for Fall. Hopefully it will be Blake, as she needs to get her sexy-back.

Front Row: Anja Rubik, Pixie Lott, Gao Yuanyuan and Christopher Kane

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Jennifer Lopez, Amber Heard, Beyonce Knowles, Blake Lively, Fergie, Rihanna, Blake Lively, Minka Kelly, Hilary Swank, Penelope Cruz, Chloe Moretz, Daisy Lowe, Lea Michele, Zoe Kravitz, Emma Stone, Elizabeth Banks, Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes, Cameron Diaz, Zoe Saldana, Katy Perry, Paz Vega and Katie Cassidy
