Lady Gaga In Valentino – 37th Annual Kennedy Center Honors

Lady Gaga In Valentino - 37th Annual Kennedy Center Honors

Lady Gaga walked the red carpet during the 37th annual Kennedy Center Honors at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (December 7) in Washington, DC.

Before changing into a galactic and glittery metallic performance number, she swept onto the scene in a decidedly refined number that I happened to love for its streamlined sleekness.

The custom Valentino white gown was an elegant and refined selection for the entertainer, as was fitting for the event. Yet it was also suitably accompanied by the requisite Mother Monster flair, what with a dramatic cape embellished on the inside with a constellation of silver stars.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Gaga look without her particular brand of exaggerated styling, this time accomplished with a platinum blonde bob, rhinestone eyebrows, and an exaggerated set of faux lashes.

She was like a futuristic Marilyn Monroe.

Jordana Brewster In Valentino – 24th Annual Beat The Odds Awards

Jordana Brewster In Valentino - 24th Annual Beat The Odds Awards

Jordana Brewster attended the 24th annual Beat The Odds Awards held at Book Bindery on Thursday (December 4) in Culver City, California.

The actress wore a Valentino Fall 2014 dress, which nods to the inherent beauty of nature with its abstract butterfly print.

Styled with grey accessories, including a Valentino ‘Rock Stud’ clutch, the dress remains firmly in focus as a wearable work of art.

Who Wore Valentino Better…Jena Malone or Alexa Chung?

Who Wore Valentino Better Jena Malone or Alexa Chung

Jena Malone was the first to rock the monkey-embroidered Valentino Resort 2015 dress while attending the ‘Inherent Vice’ premiere last month.

Ever the daredevil, she didn’t line the sheer dress, opting to wear a bralet and hot pants, styling the look with a Valentino clutch and navy pumps while giving her new red hair its red carpet debut.

Alexa Chung wore the same dress a few weeks later while attending a dinner party to celebrate Valentino Garavani’s launch of his new book.

While the overall look was much more prim with the dress fully lined, I much prefer Jena’s approach, especially when it came to the styling.
