Meryl Streep In Lanvin – 2013 Oscars

Meryl Streep presented the ‘Best Actor’ award to Daniel Day-Lewis at the 2013 Oscars, held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

The actress wore a custom Lanvin gown by Alber Elbaz, which is one of her best looks to date.

Her blue-and-grey soft paillette long sleeve gown with a v-neckline and embroidered shoulder floral details was styled with two crystal cuffs, Fred Leighton triple drop antique cut diamond pendant earrings and Ferragmo black satin shoes

Looking every bit the legend she is, Meryl completed her look with a soft bronze lip colour and swept back hair.

Zoe Saldana In Alexis Mabille Couture – 2013 Oscars

As expected Zoe Saldana blew me away on the red carpet yesterday evening at the 2013 Oscars, which was held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

The ‘Star Trek Into The Darkness’ actress selected a look from Alexis Mabille’s Spring 2013 collection.

Oozing effortless vibe many of use strive to achieve, the actress looked sensational in her strapless pale-grey crepe bustier gown with tonal belt, floral appliqués around the neckline and layer skirt which graduated from pale grey to blacky.

At this type of event you look for something a bit different which stands out. Zoe ticked all the boxes.

Roger Vivier ‘Smocking’ sandals, dangling earrings and hair swept behind her ears completed her look.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum In Rachel Roy – 2013 Oscars

Jenna Dewan-Tatum was glowing on the red carpet yesterday evening at the 2013 Oscars, which was held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

The last time she hit the red carpet, we speculated that she was pregnant – which was later confirmed, but on this occasion she proudly showed off her baby bump wearing a Rachel Roy Pre-Fall 2013 black lace gown.

Her elegant cap-sleeve gown with a modified neckline, was one of the sexiest maternity looks I think we have ever seen on the red carpet.

I love how she manages to maintain her sexy persona while still having that mum-to-be glow.

Her brunette locks were teased into a wavy updo with sparkling Irene Neuwirth jewels, a satin Christian Louboutin clutch and Brian Atwood heels completing her look.

Olivia Munn In Marchesa – 2013 Oscars

Olivia Munn took to the red carpet at Sunday’s 2013 Oscars at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

Olivia looked regal in a gown from Marchesa Fall 2013.

The actress joined Salma Hayek in trying out the baroque trend for fall with a ruby-hued gown with intricate gold embroidery on the bodice of the sweetheart silhouette. I loved the delicately folded layers of red satin that so elegantly flowed into a glamorous train.

Olivia paired her dress with a beautifully simple updo in a deep side part with ruby lips.

Salma Hayek In Alexander McQueen – 2013 Oscars

Salma Hayek wowed on the red carpet at Sunday’s 2013 Oscars at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

Normally one to choose a low-cut dress, Salma went the opposite direction in a high-neck cut from Alexander McQueen.

In a baroque design, the actress stunned in a gold-embellished neckline that blended into a sweetheart cut of midnight blue velvet. The curve-hugging dress showed off her hourglass figure, making the petite actress actually look quite statuesque.

Salma styled her ornate gown with a gold box clutch and tiara, also from Alexander McQueen. To top it all off, she chose a high and voluminous bun, smokey eye, and nude lip.

Cindy Chao jewels completed her look.

Renée Zellweger In Carolina Herrera – 2013 Oscars

Renée Zellweger, who presented at the award ceremony, brought a gleaming gold look to the 2013 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Clad in her go-to designer, Carolina Herrera, Renée looked very statuesque in a curve-hugging sequined gown. Renée’s gown offered an element of surprise from the back with a small train and keyhole cutouts with red velvet bow details.

The actress styled her gown with ruby and diamond bangles from Van Cleef & Arpels and a gilded box clutch.

While Renée’s dress was beautiful, her hair and makeup style was underdone for the occasion, as it looked like she pulled her hair back at the last minute.
