Nicole Richie In Todd Lynn – Sirius Radio Studios

The paparazzi caught Nicole Richie as she headed into the Sirius Radio Studios in New York City on Tuesday.

Promoting her new reality television show ‘Fashion Star,’ Nicole wore a billowing blue Todd Lynn Spring 2012 dress.

I love how Nicole makes this look all hers, while others would have let the dress do all of the talking.

In addition to pairing the dress with a tough leather jacket, Nicole adds self-designed accessories including House of Harlow 1960 ‘Leigh’ blue watersnake peep-toe platform pumps, a House of Harlow 1960 ‘Devon’ bag and ‘Chelsea’ sunglasses.

Jordana Brewster In Todd Lynn – LONDON Show ROOMS Cocktail Party

Jordana Brewster stopped by the opening cocktail party for the LONDON Show ROOMS, hosted by the British Fashion Council in West Hollywood last night.

The actress wore a burnt orange Todd Lynn Fall 2012 dress with draped blouson sleeves.

I wish this dress was about five inches shorter. The length is quite awkward on Jordana.

The nude pumps are a tad lackluster, but her gold accessories, glossy waves and flawless makeup help improve things somewhat.

Runway To “Make Me” Music Video – Janet Jackson In Todd Lynn

Before Rihanna and Beyonce Knowles, Janet Jackson was the all singing all dancing female entertainer we all idolised.

I have mimicked everything from her key earring to her hair styles, plus I’ve even tried to copy her dance routines. For me she is the ultimate American Idol.

During Fashion Week I was lucky enough to see her at both the Versace Spring 2010 presentation and the after party.

She later went onto many other shows in Milan and later Paris, but it seems she was most interested in what was happening at London Fashion Week.

I say that because she wore 2 pieces from Todd Lynn’s Spring 2010 London Fashion Week presentation, which featured metallic shoulder-pads in the video for her new single “Make Me”.

The 43 year old singer she has it.

In the video she shows she still has the Jackson magic with an amazing catchy tune, and an energetic dance routine which takes me back to her “Rhythm Nation” days.

I love the hat-tips to Michael at various points of the video.

Forget Whitney, Janet’s back.

Todd Lynn Spring 2010

If Xena Princess Warrior wanted to update her look, I have a feeling she would want to wear something from the Todd Lynn Spring 2010 collection.

The collection had a primitive, yet futuristic feel about it. I loved the contrast of the soft fabrics and the tough leather pieces and accessories.

This was Lynn’s first collection were he didn’t rely to heavily on structure, but his razor sharp tailoring was still evident especially in the blazers.

Antonio Berardi gave us the samurai shoulder, but Lynn gave us the armored shoulder with metal shoulders that would make the wearing look like they were going into battle.

Lynn loves to decorate his pieces with horsehair weft. In his Spring 2009 and Fall 2008 collections he used weft on shoes. This time the were used on shoulders, elbows and on hips.

Speaking of the shoes they were Christian Louboutin gladiator sandals with an elasticated wrap detail. Mr Louboutin was also at the show, paying particular attention to the sandals.

If you’re thinking fur for Spring?!?!?!

You haven’t experience the Great British Summer were it’s quite possible to have 4 seasons in one day.
