Jessica Biel In The Row – The 2018 MAKERS Conference

Jessica Biel joined Karlie Kloss for The 2018 MAKERS Conference on Tuesday (February 6) in Los Angeles, California.

Following her exciting weekend at the Super Bowl, the actress opted for the understated elegance and contemporary appeal of The Row.

I like how the t-shirt softens the structured mood of the menswear-inspired tailoring for a modern day look, while still embodying The Row’s clean-lined finesse.

Usually white pumps are like kryptonite to me, but on this occasion they work harmoniously with the ensemble, along with her Jennifer Meyer ‘S’ initial necklace.

Elle Fanning In The Row – ‘The Alienist’ Sundance Film Festival Screening

Joining her sister, Dakota Fanning, Elle Fanning was also at ‘The Alienist’ Sundance Film Festival screening on Friday (January 19) in Park City, Utah.

I’m sure many won’t be surprised to learn she was wearing The Row, given the long, roomy silhouette of the look that’s so characteristic of the label.

On the one hand, I was wishing for slightly more shape and definition to the long macramé fringed dress and equally long overcoat.

On the other, I was more glad for the enchanting, powder-blue hue of that coat that took top billing and radiated beautifully against her complexion.

The cowboy boots may also raise an eyebrow, but they were undoubtedly chosen on behalf of the Park City location.

Dakota Fanning In 3.1 Phillip Lim & The Row – TCA Turner Winter Press Tour 2018 Presentation & ‘The Alienist’ LA Premiere

Dakota Fanning returned to the red carpet, first attending the TCA Turner Winter Press Tour 2018 presentation on Thursday (January 11) then stepping out later that evening for ‘ The Alienist’ LA premiere.

TCA Turner Winter Press Tour 2018 Presentation: The actress showed an updated take on monochromatic dressing with her 3.1 Phillip Lim Spring 2018 ensemble. I can see some wishing she wore the black version of the top for a more formal finish, but the lighter option plays up the faint pinstripe in the trousers. Christian Louboutin ‘Marchavekel’ red velvet platforms added a hint of colour.

Allison Williams In The Row – British Independent Film Awards 2017

Allison Williams also joined the list at the British Independent Film Awards 2017 on Sunday (December 10) on Old Billingsgate in London.

While some may be left uninspired by her minimalist statement from Spring 2018 collection of The Row, there was something striking in its languid, slip-dress allure that made no apologies for its extreme simplicity.

I like how her blonde waves echoed the effortless nonchalance of the look.

Did you like the pared-back nature of her styling, or were you left wishing for something more?

Margot Robbie in The Row – ‘I, Tonya’ San Rafael Premiere

As she continues the promo tour for ‘I, Tonya,’ Margot Robbie was at the San Rafael premiere on Saturday (December 2) in California.

I’m pretty sure she could wear a paper bag and make it look stunning, and I will venture a guess that the loosely defined connotations of this jumpsuit from The Row’s Spring 2018 collection might draw some comparisons to such.

But, the super-simplistic nature of the long, languid design only allowed Margot’s timeless beauty to even reveal itself more.

She was radiant in this modern approach to minimalism.

Greta Gerwig In The Row – 9th Annual Governors Awards

Greta Gerwig attended the 9th Annual Governors Awards on Saturday (November 11) in Hollywood, California.

You may be surprised to discover that actually really like this The Row Spring 2017 silk gown, mostly for the unexpected twist with the red knotted detail at the back which breaks up the simplicity.

The point where she lost me was with the red eye makeup. It almost has a Halloween feel to it which potentially took this look down a costumey path.

Doutzen Kroes’ NYFW Street Style

As New York Fashion Week marches on, supermodel Doutzen Kroes has been seen out and about in NYC, showcasing her own penchant for chic, street style.

I was immediately drawn to the electric-blue hue of the shirting in her first look, worn at the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Media Awards. While the oversized pocket detail could come across as comical on some occasions, that was quickly quashed by her ultra-sophisticated high-waist trousers. The only thing I would have changed is the white shoes for a tonal navy sandal.

The casual-cool factor that belongs to any ensemble by The Row was plainly felt in this second look. It may have been a study in monochromatic neutrals, but I would say that her statement eyeglasses and mannish loafers kept the ensemble from being one-note.

I never thought I would say it, but those lug-sole boots actually work on Doutzen here. Somehow, she manages to make every clunky inch of them work with her T-shirt and pencil skirt, punched up by that orange shoulder bag.

Did you like her trio of street-style outings?
