Panthere De Cartier Party

There were many stars to watch at the Panthere De Cartier Party in LA on Friday (May 5), which celebrated the relaunch of the Panthere timepiece.

Ashley Madekwe: There was something breathtaking about the fluidity of form in this Halston Heritage ensemble, which was chic minimalism at its finest.

Dakota Johnson: It doesn’t get more timeless than an LBD, especially this ladylike version from the Shaina Mote Spring 2017 collection, sophisticatedly styled with a J.W. Anderson ‘Pierce’ bag, Cartier watch, and Gucci sandals.

Sienna Miller: Also in a minimalist and monochromatic mood, Sienna wore a flowing silk champagne ensemble from The Row styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Marchavekel’ sandals and a Tod’s clutch. With the slip-inspired top and loose pants, some might see elegant PJs, but it was still an effortlessly beautiful look.

Dakota Johnson In The Row – ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ & Jimmy Choo Stylist Dinner In LA

The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo’s Power Stylists dinner was on Tuesday (March 14) in LA, and Dakota Johnson was also naturally part of the stylish affair.

The actress has been keeping us on our toes lately with a variety of looks, and this red suede ensemble by The Row was no different.

The Asian influence of the tunic and pants was emboldened by her bright gold handbag and slipper wedges in an eggplant hue that was a strange match with the crimson.

Ironically enough for this Power Stylists event, methinks the styling of this look was what brought it down.

Emma Stone In Diane von Furstenberg, Valentino, Chanel & The Row – BAFTA Tea Party, 2017 Golden Globe Awards, ‘La La Land’ Paris & London Premiere’s

Emma Stone has been making the rounds lately on behalf of her well-received ‘La La Land’ film that’s poised to garner even more recognition on the awards circuit. She attended the BAFTA Tea Party at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles on Saturday (January 7) before the 2017 Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton the next evening. Then, it was off to two premieres for this busy star.

BAFTA Tea Party: Looking well-poised for tea, the actress wore a sweet Diane von Furstenberg polka-dot halter dress that featured a modern interpretation of retro styling. It was lovely for a daytime event.

2017 Golden Globe Awards: It was rather appropriate that Emma’s magical Valentino gown featured a constellation of stars, as she took home the win for Best Actress on Sunday (January 8). Call me star-struck, but I was charmed by the pale pink, micro-plisse gown that actually proved rather enchanting against her alabaster skin.

Elizabeth Olsen In The Row – ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ New York Screening

Elizabeth Olsen In The Row - 'Avengers Age of Ultron' New York Screening

Elizabeth Olsen joined Jennifer Connelly at ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ screening at the SVA Theatre in New York City on Tuesday (April 28).

Working an androgynous angle, the actress very much stayed within her straightforward, minimalistic style in The Row separates consisting of a long, oversized plaid trench and skinny black pants.

Supremely elevated by her striking beauty look, the mannish statement took on new, chic meaning with her slicked-back bun and a captivating oxblood lip for sultry vamp-inspired flair.

Although there is no sign of spring in this entrance, the dark look had a level of underlying intrigue and mystery that captured my attention.

Some of you found her last appearance rather boring. Does this look fall under the same category, or are you feeling more inspired?

Elizabeth Olsen In Roland Mouret & The Row – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon & The Daily Show

Elizabeth Olsen In Roland Mouret & The Row - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon & The Daily Show
Elizabeth Olsen has been making the rounds in promotion of her new film, ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron,’ recently visiting both ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ and ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.’

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: First up, on Friday (April 24), the actress played very much to her minimalist style aesthetic in the ‘Hartzfield’ dress from the Roland Mouret Pre-Fall 2015 collection that was both classic and effortless. She also applied the less-is-more approach to her accessories, wearing just a pair of black pumps but elevating the look even more with lovely, breezy waves and a ruby lip.

The Daily Show: After the weekend, Elizabeth sat down with Jon Stewart on Monday (April 27) in another simply-chic black-and-white ensemble. She kept this look in the family, representing her designer sisters Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen with an ensemble from The Row. I love the slightly directional, cape-like draping of the oversized top mixed with the urban edge of the skinny leather pant for a thoroughly modern take on the separates.

Amber Heard In The Row – 2015 Tiffany Blue Book Dinner

Amber Heard In The Row - 2015 Tiffany Blue Book Dinner

Amber Heard attended the 2015 Tiffany Blue Book dinner at ABC Kitchen on Wednesday (April 15) in New York City.

The actress has been wearing a lot of black lately, so this lustrous silk charmeuse, The Row Pre-Fall 2015 long slipdress, tailored with a flattering bias-cut silhouette and raw-edge shirttail hem in a rust-coloured hue, was a welcome change.

Sadly, I can’t get excited about the styling. The Tiffany & Co. diamond and emerald necklace was warranted, yet it doesn’t complement the gown and the red lip is also too stark for this look.

The rest of the styling included a Stella McCartney clutch and Jimmy Choo ‘Lottie’ sandals.

While I do like each piece, the overall look feels thrown together without any cohesion.
