Cheryl Cole In Thakoon Addition – Livello Club

Cheryl Cole and her beau Tre Holloway were spotted arriving at the Livello club in Newcastle, England, last night to celebrate the end of her UK Tour.

The singer braved the cold wearing a Thakoon Addition Fall 2012 dress.

Her fitted dress features a tan quilted leather top with a soft plaid skirt accented with leather-trimmed slashed pockets.

I love the playful feel to this heritage look which Cheryl pairs with nude pumps.

Glossy, wavy tresses completed the look.

Jennifer Lawrence showcased her travel style whilst arriving at LAX this week en route to Atlanta.

The ‘Hunger Games’ actress effortlessly paired Current/Elliott ‘Slouchy Stiletto’ jeans with a Thakoon Addition cream knit tee, which adds just the right touch of refinement to a casual denim look.

Jennifer accessorized her look with Rachel Zoe ‘Laura’ snakeskin flats, Leisure Society Oxford sunglasses and a Cobra Society ‘Tangier’ tribal-print bag.

The black structured bag with a leather-wool mix features tassels and a bronze custom cobra logo lock.

Jessica Alba has also been spotted carrying a lustworthy bag.

Rashida Jones In Thakoon – ‘Celeste and Jessie’ New York Premiere

Rashida Jones attended the New York premiere of her latest movie ‘Celeste and Jessie’ last night, following the LA premiere on Saturday.

It was all black in LA, but she gave us a vibrant burst of colour in New York.

Her Thakoon Resort 2013 sleeveless multi-coloured geometric-print dress accented with a gold waistband plays to the other side of her red-carpet favoured style: bold prints.

She loves her black blazers, but she’s not afraid of prints, with Thakoon being her go-to designer for something bold and colourful.

Gold jewels including Melinda Maria hooped earrings, Valentino strappy sandals, a hot red lip colour and a neat updo completed her look.

Christina Ricci In Thakoon – 2012 Met Gala

Trust Christina Ricci to wear a show-stopping frock to the 2012 Met Gala, held on Monday night in New York City.

The petite actress wore a bespoke Thakoon dress.

Her guipure and lace bandeau with a blush silk organza bow was teamed with a high-waist tea-length guipure lace skirt.

Many would’ve failed to display this creation so elegantly, but Christiana pulls it off with great aplomb.

Normally I find bows can be overly fussy on the red carpet, but on this particular look it is almost a work of art the way it is perfectly framed behind her.

Black patent pumps, a floral cocktail ring, a slicked-back hairdo and studded earrings completed her look.

I’m guessing this will be the night’s marmite dress.

Lucy Liu In Thakoon – Good Morning America

Lucy Liu joins Rashida Jones, Florence Welch and Beyonce Knowles in sporting bold, daring prints this week.

The actress was spotted on her way to the ABC studios in New York City, for a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ to talk about her role in ‘Southland’ where she sheds her glamour girl image to play a cop.

She looked lovely, as always, wearing a Thakoon Spring 2012 dress.

The Indian-inspired printed dress was teamed with a beige coat and matching YSL sandals.

It’s interesting how we have three different versions of one dress on this post.

The runway version has a slightly different print to Lucy’s dress. The dress on Net-A-Porter has the same print as Lucy’s dress, but her dress doesn’t have the gold lamé hem.

If I purchased this dress I wouldn’t cut off the gold hem, as it is very much an integral part of the overall piece, but I understand why it may have seemed too much for a morning talk show.

Rashida Jones In Thakoon – ‘Watch What Happens Live’

On Monday, Rashida Jones joined John Slattery on the couch for ‘Watch What Happens Live’ hosted by Andy Cohen.

The actress, who’s promoting the fourth season of her NBC hit show ‘Parks and Recreation’, wore a Thakoon Spring 2012 look.

Her crepe de chine button-front sleeveless shirt dress in a bold paisley print was teamed with red Giuseppe Zanotti ankle-strap pumps.

A lot of people would be scared to don such a bold print, or they would seek to tone it down with black pumps, but as we know from the Independent Spirit Awards and the Art of Elysium Heaven Gala, Rashida isn’t afraid of prints.

The bolder the better appears to be her motto.
